CLARENCE & STODDARD – CONCIERGE WORK SCHEDULE 2.4.15
Routine Daily Tasks:-
Inspect site checking for communal repairs e.g. lights off, security doors operating correctly, reporting all repairs to Repaircall.
Clean up all spillages on discovery. Attempt to remove any graffiti, reporting any remaining graffiti to
Community Housing Office / Repaircall. Attempt to remove to storage area any bulky rubbish prior to collection,
requesting assistance when necessary. Remove rubbish bags from bin cupboards daily (next to tenant front
door). Entrance Lobbies – sweep, wet / mop and polish all lifts
Weekly Tasks: - In accordance with following rota
Monday S 1-2 B 1 Sweep and mop stairwells; spot clean walls and doors; clean ledges & handrails; clean both sides of door glass; check all gullies and clear blockages; clean communal windows in accordance with YHN H&S guidelines. Check lift alarm Thursday 2pm
Tuesday S 3-4 B 2Wednesday S 1-2 B 3Thursday S 3 B 1Friday S 4 B 2Saturday S 1-2 B 1 & 3Sunday S 3-4 B 2 & 3
Distribute new bin bags to flats every Thursday Override all time clocks and check all lights are operating correctly,
report any faults to Response Team Litter pick curtilage area Monthly Tasks:- Clean internal glazed areas. Machine clean balconies.Bi-monthly task:-Machine sweep deck areas6 Monthly Tasks: - Remove, dust and clean all light diffusersGeneral Notes;- Refuse collection day is Thursday – weekly alternating Winter gritting as necessary. Health & Safety Compliance:- Ensure that wet floor signs and / or safety cones are placed wherever
there is a wet / mopped floor.
4 hours on site daily (This may vary in the event of short term absence of regular staff)
