we have offices throughout England and Scotland and

Concept
We can get involved at an early stage of the project,
or we can pick up existing plans. We pride ourselves on
our ability to create accurate and considered feasibility
studies; from land valuation diversions and connections
through to reinstatements, technical requirements and
project strategy.
This level of study allows us to provide our customers
with accurate quotations that will save them time and
money over the course of the project’s lifecycle.
Project management
From acceptance you will be will be designated an
experienced project manager (PM) who will be able
to competently advise you on technical issues. Your
PM will manage your project through to mobilisation,
providing your team or any external suppliers with
a single point of contact.
Design and build
From concept through to approval our team can
create bespoke solutions to deliver your project on
time and on budget. We can provide technical design,
modifications, risk assessments, method statements,
cost management solutions and a seamless contract
delivery from acceptance to mobilisation.
As a full service utility provider our team are fully
trained and qualified to deliver technical construction
planning and fulfillment in line with government
legislation and industry best practice.
Local planning
We will deal with all administrative requirements from
managing public safety and liaising with councils to traffic
management and interfacing with asset owners and
regulators. Employing 2,500 staff across the UK enables
us to program work off-site including diversions and
reinforcements.

Installation and connection
With almost sixty years of experience in utilities,
Clancy Docwra have a strong track record.
Our installation services include stepped trench in
line with NJUG, providing gas, water and electrical
installations, inclusive of any substations, gas
governors or water pressure regulating requirements.
We have an innovative approach and are continually
searching for ways to complete the job with greater
efficiency and in a shorter period of time.
Connections will be managed by the project manager
who will co-ordinate with site managers. We manage
both mains and services working to industry safety
standards at all times.
