• Create monthly power point presentations by generating key performance metrics for Bose’s 5 North American distribution centers weekly, and lead monthly meetings with senior executives and international DC teams to review operations in order to make collaborative business decisions.

• Lead weekly meetings for Logistics Lean Six Sigma Steering Committee to track project statuses and follow up with project owners to meet deadlines and fiscal year waste management savings targets.

• Lead interdepartmental focus group, which successfully reinvigorated the Global Supply Chain and Planning Group continuous improvement Kaizen program. This resulted in $800K of cost savings in the first fiscal year of the new program, a 476% increase over the previous year.

• Assume lead role in maintaining the interdepartmental Kaizen program, sourcing project owners and team members using a knowledge of individual’s skills and departmental resources. Generate status reports and conduct weekly PowerPoint presentations to management teams on Kaizen activities to ensure delivery to program goals.
