SAFETY & CLEANING INSTRUCTIONSRead and follow all safety instructions to avoid injuries or damages, both to yourself and to your product. Items should not be placed too close to thelightsource as fabric can be damaged due to overheating.

SOFTBOXESThe Creative Light Softboxes are optimized to be used together with the Creative Light speedring. We recommend to always use a Creative Light Softboxand Speedring together! Do not expose your Creative Light Softbox to stronger modelling light or hot light than the recommended 500 W. Follow theinstruction that comes along with the Creative Light Softbox for care and prolonging of product life. Cleaning instructions for Softbox use a damp cloth(preferably microber), allow to dry before collapsing and/or storage. Cleaning instructions for Diffusor recommended to be washed separately in coldwater with a small amount of mild detergent and no fabric softener. Wash male and female velcro separately.

SOFT GRIDSCleaning instructions for Soft Grids use a damp cloth (preferably microber), allow to dry before collapsing and/or storage.

WARRANTYAll products sold by Creative Light offer a limited warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specied, against

manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

PRODUCT WARRANTYThree years Stands, Softboxes, Umbrellas, Reectors, Speedrings, Soft Grids and Light Sheds.

If your Creative Light product fails to perform or is not fully operational or a defect in the manufacturing process is

discovered within the time of warranty we offer repair or replacement. The item must be returned in its original

package with receipt and an explanation of defect to your original place of purchase. Warranty does not cover shipping.

Warranty excludes damage caused by improper storage, accidents, improper care or use, or natural deterioration or

deterioration of materials caused by use outside the recommendations of the product.

Parts and items not covered by warranty are printed, painted and plated nishes.

Creative Light will process the repairs or replacements within 30 days of receiving the product.
