The consultant will visit the site and study data and
information relating to the project in comparison
1.1 with the data available from the client and the employed
consultants
1.2 Comment to the client on any physical site restrictions,
which may affect engineering options
Review the client concept design brief and master plan and
fine-tune the master plan to match the

to plot metrics, road

site

repare a detailed design brief with indicative performance i.e

surrenders, road reserves and easement

2.* rovide a uantity schedule for all infrastructure
2.+ repare a generic performance specification for materials and

infrastructure and engineering elements
including but not limited to typical service corridor,

This shall culminate in a consolidated report following the
evaluation of all bids and summarise the
