As a Chartered Civil/Structural Engineer (CPEng NER), Licensed Builder and holder of an Unrestricted Demolition Supervisors Certificate, Deniz carries over 15 years professional experience within Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Construction and Demolition Contracting fields. Deniz and the Silver Wolf Projects Team have experience within Structural / Building Assessments, Inspections and Forensic Investigations, Expert Reporting, Building and Structural Defects and Damage Causation for property owners, owner’s corporations, lawyers, insurers and insurance assessors. Other experience has comprised general building inspections and providing structural and building advice to property owners. Through working in such a broad range of domains providing technical and consultative expertise, Deniz and the Silver Wolf Projects Team provide quality based outcomes and solutions which are detailed, in depth and concise.

Deniz has been involved with over 5000 insurance based inspections and reports relative to general incidents such as impact, fire and flood covering notable recent natural disasters namely:

As an associate of Silver Wolf Projects Nik provides expertise in the fields of civil and structural engineering with particular strengths in forensic reporting, investigation and temporary works design solutions.

Nik has experience within Structural / Building Assessments, Inspections and Forensic Investigations, Reporting, Building and Structural Defects and Damage Causation for property owners, owners corporations, lawyers, insurers and insurance assessors.

As an associate of Silver Wolf Projects Nik manages his current team and provides ongoing technical support and leadership and valued client service and response.

With four years experience in construction and engineering, Jimmy has worked across industrial, residential and commercial projects. He has an extensive knowledge and understanding of the BCA, Australian standards and legislation within the building sector.

With this construction experience he brings a unique perspective and practical approach to engineering rectification solutions.

In his current role, Jimmy provides advice to strata managers, insurance assessors and authorities through technical engineering and building reports.

With two years experience in Civil Engineering, Alan has worked across diverse projects from waterproofing to fire damaged buildings across Australia.

He has managed projects that include tier one contractors, Meriton, Lend Lease, Brookfield Multiplex and BMD.

In his current role, Alan specialises in residential re-design due to fire and storm damage. Alan has also supported Campbelltown City Council initiatives that require forensic investigation for the city floodlights.

With four years experience in engineering, Pesith has worked across Australia in diverse fields. His expertise covers civil mining, structural design and site management.

As an expert in site management he has overseen the completion of large-scale construction projects.

In his current role, Pesith manages reporting and design for both residential and commercial projects. His work at Silver Wolf Projects involves reinstating buildings that have been damaged by storms and fire.

With two years of experience in Civil Engineering, Nathan has worked across diverse projects including building remediation, waterproofing and structural design across Australia.

He has managed a range of small to medium residential projects as well as projects involving tier one contractors such as Meriton, Lend Lease, Brookfield Multiplex and BMD.

In his current role, Nathan specialises in reporting and re-design of residential and commercial properties due to fire and storm damage
