Servicing the civil construction, mining and commercial development industries nationwide, Cisco Construction is an Australian owned business specialising in formwork, steel fixing, pipe laying, concreting, earthworks and labour hire. Established in 2014, we’re proud of the reputation we’ve built for delivering high quality, competitively priced results for our clients whilst upholding the most stringent standards of workplace safety.
With a passion for excellence, we strive to attract and retain the very best people our industry has to offer. We maintain a full-time workforce of highly skilled Formwork Carpenters, Steel Fixers, Concreters and other Labourers and rely on meticulous assessment criteria to ensure every one of our team members has the necessary capabilities and experience to uphold our high standards. All our tradespeople have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working on a diverse range of civil construction projects and are committed to proactively contributing to the successful outcome of every job we take on.
At Cisco Construction, we offer flexible services to ensure that, regardless of a project’s size or scope, we’re able to help our clients meet their objectives on time and within budget. From individual Labourers through to complete, multi-skilled project teams, we work closely with our clients to provide the most experienced and relevantly qualified people for the job. We offer each of our services on a stand-alone basis or as a tailored package ensuring we remain responsive to the requirements and budgets of a diverse range of medium to large-scale projects.

FORMWORK
At Cisco Construction, our highly skilled Formwork Carpenters are all permanent staff, each with between 5 and 20 years’ experience working on medium to large-scale commercial and civil infrastructure projects. We are committed to attracting and retaining the best people in the industry and maintaining meticulous assessment criteria to ensure each team member has the necessary skills and experience to deliver safe, high quality outcomes for our clients.
We have considerable experience working with traditional timber formwork as well as steel, glass fibre and reinforced plastic varieties including PERI, Meva, Doka, Uni-Span, RMD, Acrow, SRB and Ulma
componentry. Our formwork services include analysing and providing feedback on proposed designs, liaising with manufacturers to specify and purchase required components, planning and scheduling works in consultation with Project Managers and on-site installation. Depending on each project’s requirements, we’re able to offer formwork solutions as a stand-alone service or in conjunction with our concreting and
other services.

STEELFIXING
Since our inception, Cisco Construction has built a solid reputation for delivering successful outcomes on a wide variety of steel fixing projects of varying size and complexity. Our diverse and highly skilled team of permanent Steel Fixers each have years of experience working on everything from slabs, pits and barrier walls right through to culverts, tunnels, bridges and other large-scale reinforced concrete infrastructure projects.
Enjoying repeat business from many of our developer and civil construction clients who have been with us since the beginning, we pride ourselves not only on our ability to deliver safe, high-quality steel fixing
solutions, but also on our superior customer service. We work closely with Project Managers to ensure work is carefully planned and meticulously

CONCRETING
Cisco Construction offers complete concreting supply, pump, place and finish services relating to a wide variety of commercial development and civil infrastructure projects. Our highly skilled team of Concreters also have
years of experience and are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes for our clients. Having worked on a diverse range of projects encompassing slabs, kerbs, roads, retaining walls, bridges, tunnels and
culverts, to name a few, our scalable teams have the experience and capability to offer cost-effective concreting solutions on both medium and large projects.

PIPELAYING
Cisco Construction’s experienced and scalable teams offer complete trenching, supply, laying and backfilling services for a wide variety of pipeline infrastructure projects. Whether related to drainage, water mains, sewerage or gas, we’re able to efficiently mobilise the most skilled tradespeople for the job right across Australia. With a diverse range of experience across both the private and public sectors, we’re able to work on all manner of pipe laying projects including those complicated by depth, confined space and large diameter pipe works.

LABOUR HIREThe Cisco Construction team includes a diverse range of highly skilled tradespeople who are available to work on projects of varying size and complexity right across Australia. Our Formwork Carpenters, Steel fixers, Concreters and General Labourers all have a minimum of 5 years’ experience and our scalable teams are tailored specifically to meet the requirements of each project. We

GENERALWith offices in Perth and Sydney, we are capable of deploying teams for medium to large-scale commercial and civil construction projects in both metropolitan and rural locations right across Australia.

PROJECT #1NORWEST TRAIN STATION

Cisco Construction delivered the complete FRP package for this landmark development. Spanning 18 months, our responsibilities
encompassed formwork, reinforcing and concreting for walls, columns, decks, beams, slabs, stairs, lift shafts etc…., including
precast installations. The project required single-sided wall construction, with all pours between 450m³ and 650m³
Following completion of the FRP works under contract, Cisco Construction were retained onsite
by the Client to close out the project to completion, due to the endeavour, productivity
and high levels of quality and safe working which were consistently demonstrated by our site
personnel.
PROJECT #2THIRLEMERE PUMP STATION
• Project Value: $1m to $2m• Client: Sydney Water• Completed: 2020
Completed over a four month period, Cisco delivered an 8m deep wet well in addition to a 48m long retaining wall and various other ancillary structures to support the instrumentation &
controls for the pump station.
Once the well was completed, Cisco then supplied & installed all connecting sewer pipework, water
reticulation and service conduits, as well as a 200m2 bitumen access road into the facility and
250m2 of heavy duty hardstand area for long term asset maintenance.
PROJECT #3CALDERWOOD GRAVITY SEWER MAIN
• Project Value: $500k - $1m• Client: Diona• Completed: 2018
Construction of 0.5km of 520DN poly trunk sewer main at depths of up to 6m below ground. As the sole contractor on this project, Cisco Construction delivered a supply & install package inclusive of excavation, bedding, pipe laying, backfill and compaction.
Additionally, Cisco supplied & installed 6 No. heavy duty concrete inspection chambers at 6m
deep and 1800mm in diameter, again inclusive of all excavation, dewatering, ground preparation,
temporary shoring & access, construction, backfilling and compaction.
