Our Business Events team, led by Georgia Moyle, will book your event at CityLife Auckland and complete all the contracting and coordinating your requirements with you for your event.
Georgia will discuss venue options, menu selection, audio visual equipment needs and develop your event run-sheet. During
the course of the event your coordinator will ensure that the transition between each phase of your event runs with ease.
Food & Beverage Attendants and the Chef team will provide all your meals during your event’s break outs. Your event’s Food & Beverage Attendant will greet you in the morning, reconfirm
details for the day, provide you with the Health & Safety brief and be on hand throughout the course of your event. This team will also re-set your room during the breaks and are always on hand to help you with your event.

Gone are the days of trust falls and running through the city participating in scavenger hunts, team building is about generating group enthusiasm and a sense of purpose for all those involved, while also having the wow factor that will keep your delegates talking about it around the water cooler for weeks to come.
Whether you are looking for an opportunity to lock the team away in a real life escape game, enjoy a cooking challenge with a Master Chef, or something more physical like climb over the Harbour Bridge or a sailing on an ex-America’s Cup yacht as the crew, central Auckland has a wide range of activities.
The number of possible team activities located in Auckland’s CBD is growing every year and will suit a wide range of interests, ages and physical abilities.
Alternatively if you are looking for something more community based there are a number of organisations that Heritage partners with where your team can give back to its community. These range from building bicycles for children to cooking for a special group.
If time permits, moving your team out of the CBD increases the activity options. There are a number of wildlife encounters available, riding cycle trails, golf and the local wineries all within an hour drive from the hotel.
