Mr. Moses Sbusiso Mahlangu is the founder of Mcc Security and Projects.

He started his career as an apprentice Fitter(Mechanical) at Norton Abrasives in

Isando from 1986 and left in 1989 after successfully completing his

apprenticeship. He joined SAB Rosslyn plant 1989 as a Technician and resigned

in 1992 to join the then only BEE during the previous regime, National Sorghum

Breweries(NSB) under the Chairmanship of Prof Mohale Mahanyele, as a

Technical Foreman and Later Technical Manager in their Springs Brewery,

responsible for maintenance and technical services reporting directly to the

General Manager.

He left NSB in 1997 to join the MARS Africa, Pet care division (International

leaders in Pet care, confectionery and food, their leading brands in S.A are

Pedigree dog food, Whiskas cat food, mars bars, snickers to mention a few).It is

during his tenure at this International FMCG Co. where his management and

entrepreneur skills were honed to perfection. He started as a Technician and was

immediately send to Brazil to study the production of Whiskas cat food before it

was produced in SA. He came back to SA and successfully led a team which

successfully produced 1st Whiskas production on South African soil, this

performance earned him respect within the Mars International business. He was

then promoted to a Shift Manager position reporting to the Production Manager.

After improving plant efficiencies from 50% efficiencies to 70% efficiencies through innovation at the workplace, He was

promoted to the most challenging job of his career – Production Manager reporting directly to the Operations Director. After 8

years ( in 2005) of sterling performance he decided to leave MARS to concentrate at his own business .Driven by a will to

succeed he recruited capable individuals to be part of his Security and Projects business which is making strides in the industry

today.

She is an experienced administrator who started her career at MCC Security and Projects CC while studying for her Business Administration Degree.

Her passion and uncompromising approach to her job as well as to her peers, has steadily capitulated her to Administration Manager position within MCC Security and Projects CC.

E.R. Raseleka has enormous management experience and technical knowledge in the field of accounting, having studied ND and B.Tech Degree in Cost and Management Accounting at Tshwane University of Technology.

He has amassed a wealth of experience in the following industries in his career spanning 15 years: financial services, motor industry, manufacturing, management consulting, travel and aviation and most recently running his own business. He brings in a wealth of knowledge and experience to the management team of MCC Security and Projects CC as its Chief Operating Officer.

Recruitment Policy

MCC employs officers who are registered in terms of section 11 of the security officers act 1987.

These officers will have attained security courses offered by institutions which are PSIRA approved.

Over and above officers have to undergo a grilling interview session followed by a medical examination test and verification of the following:

Empowerment

In terms of promoting sustainable development in South Africa, one of our principal priorities

relates to the promotion of broad-based black economic empowerment.

During the year we have made significant strides in our commitment to promoting effective

empowerment as a core part of our business strategy. MCC is a level 2 BBBEE rated.
