On Janumy 131, 2011 , pursuant to the authority granted by Section 91 .1 03 of the Los Ange les Municipal Code, the Depmi~nt ofl._ Bu ilding and Safety (the ''Department" ) investigated and identified code violat ions at: 1931 North Cyril Av~nue, Los Aoaeles, 1 1

Following the Department 's investigation an order or orders to comply were issued to th e property owner and al l interested parties. i) Submit 3 oopies of a soils report prepared by a California licensed Geologist and Geotechnical Engineer (making recommendations for repair) to the Department of Building and Safety (Grading Division) for review and obtain approvals. LAMC 91. 7006.3.1, 91.7006.3.2

3) Submit a repair plan from a licensed civil or structural engineer and obtain approval of the plans from the Department ofBuHding and Safety. Obtain the required permits to do the required work. LAMC 91.7006, 91.106.1.2
