Staff has negotiated a fee totaling One Hundred Thirteen Thousand Dollars and No/100 ($113,000.00) for the specified needs with Brown & Caldwell, a Non-DBE firm Headquartered in headquartered in Walnut Creek, California, with a local office in Columbia. Brown & Caldwell is an approved Mentor in the Mentor Protégé Program however, there are no sub-contractors associated with this Contract Amendment. The overall sub-contractors participation for this project totals twenty four percent (24%). Original Contract Amount: $695,700.00 Previous Contract Amendments added $174,700.00 This Contract Amendment adds $113,000.00 New Contract total: $983,400.00 Services to be performed will impact all City Council Districts. The Legal Department has reviewed the Agreement and the Director of Utilities and Engineering recommends its approval and ACM for Operations recommends its approval. FINANCIAL IMPACT: The funding for this project has been identified as: 5529999-SS7208-658650. Services to be performed will impact all City Council Districts.
