F. Public Comments: The City Contractors’ Board welcomes input from the public. In order for everyone to be heard, please limit your comments to five (5) minutes per person.

G. New Business: 1. Review City of Cody Ordinance 2017-04, to allow for a Company Representative to be a member of the Contractor’s Board; and Ordinance 2017-05, for an addition of an “Inactive Status” for a Licensed Contractor. 2. There will be a training session for Board members on open meetings, public records, conflicts of interests, and other government ethics issues. Scott Kolpitcke will give the training on Thursday, February 9, 2017, at 4:30 in the City Council Chambers.

H. Matters from Board Members: (announcements, comments, etc.) I. Adjournment

Thursday, December 22, 2016 A regular meeting of the City of Cody Contractors’ Board was held in the Conference Room of City Hall in Cody, Wyoming on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at 12:00 PM. Present: Chairman Mike Kelly; Merle Nielsen; Donny Anderson; Roy Holm; Tom Quick; Paul

Sandbak; Rick Zickefoose; Scott King, Building Official; Utana Dye, Certified Engineering Technician II

Absent: Gene Kelly; Andy Cowan; Gerald Stroh Chairman Mike Kelly called the meeting to order at 11:58 p.m. Roy Holm made a motion, seconded by Donny Anderson, to approve the agenda for the December 22, 2016 regular meeting. Vote was unanimous, motion carried. Donny Anderson made a motion, seconded by Rick Zickefoose, to approve the minutes from the October 27, 2016 regular meeting. Vote was unanimous, motion carried. Roy Holm made a motion, seconded by Paul Sandbak, to approve the Contractor licenses for:

1. TB Built Homes, Class A, General Contractor, Category 2, 2016 Contractor’s License Vote was unanimous, motion carried. Public Comments: None New Business:

1. The City is working on an Ordinance change to allow a company representative to be a member of the Contractors’ Board.

2. The City is working on an Ordinance addition for an inactive status classification. Ongoing Issues:

1. New commercial projects – updates provided by Scott King

2. New residential projects – updates provided by Scott King

3. Ongoing commercial projects – updates provided by Scott King

Matters from Board Members: none Scott King wanted to thank the Board Members for all that they do at the meeting. He also wanted to thank Paul Sandbak and Gerald Stroh for the many years of service on the board.
