Aswan, formerly spelled Assuan, is a city in the south of Egypt. Its name is derived from the Ancient Egyptian word “Swan,” which means “the market.” This is because it was located on the main trade route between Egypt and the southern lands, with gold, slaves and ivory passing into Egypt.

Aswan is a busy market and tourist center located just north of the Aswan Dam on the east bank of the River Nile at the first cataract. The modern city has expanded and includes the formerly separate community on the island of Elephantine. The layout of this and other nearby islands in Aswan can be seen from west bank hillsides along the River Nile.

Arriving at the west bank of the River Nile, at the Nubian village of Gharb Sohail, there is a great view of the Nile and colorful houses. Those decorated houses are characterized by an old Nubian style with graphics on the walls that show the culture and heritage of Nuba.Gharb Sohail is located in the River Nile, about 2 miles (3.2 km) southwest of Aswan in southern Egypt. It is a large island, and is roughly halfway between the city and the upstream Aswan Low Dam. W

نذكر جميعاً افالم إسماعيل يس و أنور وجدي وفريد السينما كالسيكيات من تعد والتي القديمة األطرش يستخدم البطل كان األفالم هذه وفي المصرية. العفريتة أو حتى سليمان خاتم أو السحري الفانوس العفريت الجميلة ليحقق كل طلباته. ولكن كان دائماً يحدد عدد محدود من الطلبات و بشروط معينة كما كان هناك طلبات ال يستطيع تحقيقها وال يجوز طلبها أصال. ال أعرف لماذا تذكرت هذه األفالم و أنا أرى تعامل الناس مع الدولة. فنحن نرى في الدولة الفانوس السحري الذي من حقنا عليه أن يحقق لنا كل أحالمنا بال أي شروط. وحتى ال تتسرع و وتقوم بالرد علي أنني ال األمر وتسبني، دعوني أوضح يتطور قد و أتكلم هنا عن الحق في الحريات أو العدالة االجتماعية بعينها. حقوق عن خاطئ مفهوم هنا أقصد ولكنني ولنأخذ كمثال التعليم. كلنا نحفظ العبارة الشهيرة " إن أي أنفسنا لكن هل سألنا الهواء" و كالماء و التعليم تعليم يقصد.هل على الدولة على أساس أنها الفانوس السحري ملزمة أن تعلم كل فرد التعليم الذي يريده هو يريد و اآلخر يكون طبيباً بأن يحلم فهذا وبالمجان. أن يكون مهندسا حتى يأخذ مكان والده في العيادة أو المكتب و هكذا. ...و على الدولة ) الفانوس السحري( السباب عن تتوقفوا أن أرجو مجانا. هذا توفر أن الذي اكاد اسمعه األن و تسمعوني إلي النهاية. إن ما ذكرته اآلن هو الوضع الحالي في الدولة ولكن ما هي النتيجة. النتيجة هي أعداد مهولة مكدسة في الجامعات وأعداد ضخمة من الخريجين حاملي الشهادات العليا وهم في الحقيقة أنصاف بل أرباع متعلمين لن يجدوا هذه يستوعب لن العمل سوق ألن طبعا وظيفة أي غير التخصصات أو الشهادات هذه وألن األعداد مطلوبة اصال. فتكون النتيجة أعداد من العاطلين أو العاملين في غير مجالهم. ثم طبعاً سوف نطلب من وظائف في تعينهم السحري( الفانوس ( الدولة من مناسبة. و في النهاية ستجد قلة قليلة هي التي تعمل من الدعم وجد اما ألنه وذلك تخصصها نفس في خاصة جامعة خريج أنه أو المسيرة فاكمل العائلة

غيره عن ينفرد المصري الشعب ان نختلف ال التي الجميلة بالعديد من الصفات العالم من شعوب بطبعه شهم شعب فهو العظيم شعبنا بها يتسم يندفع لمساعده اآلخرين دون تفكير او حتي طلب جدعنة من صور لكم صورة. ساحكي االستغاثة بعض للقاء طريقي في كنت فقد شبابنا ورجوله األصدقاء بحي مصر الجديدة وفي طريقي فوجئت بالسيارة التي أمامي تتوقف فجأة وعندما استطاعت بسبب وقوع عربه توقف قائدها ان االمر وجدت

وبالتالي الرصيف بجوار البرتقال ثمار تحمل يد الصورة الطريق منتصف في الثمار تبعثرت األجمل ان مجموعه من الشباب كانوا علي الجانب الجانب نحو بسرعه اندفعوا الرصيف من االخر واستعدال المبعثر الثمار بجمع وسارعوا االخر العربه الخشب في لمح البصر. هذه هي شهامه شباب مصر وشعب مصر تلك احد الصفات الجميلة التي يتمتع بها الشعب المصري. قل لي باهلل عليك هل وجدت اي من شعوب العالم يمكن ان يتصرف بهذه الرجولة في موقف علي هذا النحو ؟ انت لو استغثت عنك يسأل لن العالم في دوله اي في الشارع في احد اال في مصر هناك شأن آخر !!! كنا نجد وسيدات بنات عن يدافعون الشعبيه األحياء شباب المصريون هم بكل رجولته وشهامه هؤالء حيهم

Although anaesthesia became a priority in our lives but also it has risks like: errors of endo-tracheal tube positioning, disconnection of any part of the anaesthetic circuit and, sudden cessation of the ventilator, these are the most famous accidents which may kill the patient, also hypersensitivity from any of the drugs used or un-predicted systemic responses from patients due to suffering from chronic diseases like hypertension or diabetes mellitus.

Regional anaesthesia also has its complications like hypotension, nausea and vomiting during surgery, headache, backache, meningitis and permanent nerve injuries after surgery.However most of complications may be avoided by a well-trained anaesthetist carrying the responsibility of checking the patient’s health and the integrity of anaesthetic equipments prior to surgery and close monitoring for the vital data of the patient during surgery.

And The question remains, is anaesthesia a grace or a curse?! I can see it as a great grace, it opened the door for rapid development of surgery. There are hundreds of surgical procedures which saved millions of lives, eliminated the hell of pain and gifted new souls to our world, wouldn’t have been possible without anaesthesia. May be it didn’t give years to lives but sure it gave lives to years.In my own opinion, it is one of the most important discoveries in all of medicine.

Anaesthesia ... A grace or a curse!!

Anaesthesia is a Greek word which means without sensation (an=without aesthesis=sensation) so it is a pharmacologically induced, reversible state of amnesia, analgesia, loss of responsiveness, loss of skeletal muscle reflexes and decreased stress response. A Few centuries ago before discovering anaesthesia, exactly before 1846, surgery was literally a dying hell, they used to ply patients with opium or alcohol to the point of almost passing out and then having 4 to 10 strong men to strap the patient while the surgery was rapidly accomplished, till they synthesized Ether at 1640 but it had been around for a long time before it was discovered that it could be used to make patient insensible to pain during surgeries then nitrous oxide (laughing gas) was discovered at 1777, but nobody at that time correlated it to pain relief during surgeries.At 1846 they first made a leg amputation successfully without pain by ether and first gave the name anaesthesia.

Anaesthesia has two types:general anaesthesia, it is a reversible state which is reached by using certain drugs which act mainly on the central nervous system, a triad of drugs is used to reach the state we told about before, an anaesthetic, an opioid (e.g morphine) and a muscle relaxant then we complete the surgical procedure by inhalationalanaesthetics and at this critical time the equipment used is a laryngoscope to insert a tube in the patient’s trachea to insure perfect ventilation by using a mechanical ventilator because we are paralyzing all the muscles of the body including the respiratory muscles and here lies a very great risk as we are depending mainly on a machine.Regional anaesthesia, when pain is blocked from a part of the body using a local anaesthetic and, it has many types: topical anaesthesia, infiltrative anaesthesia, peripheral nerve blockade, and central nerve blockade which under this address lies spinal and epidural anaesthesia which became very famous nowadays for normal delivery without pain, spinal and epiduralanaesthesia have their risks, as they may affect the circulatoryand the respirstory system during surgery but,

أو الجامعي السلك في فاكمل المتفوقين من كان أو خريج كلية عسكرية. علماً بأن كل هؤالء الطلبة دفعوا مبالغ مالية كبيرة في الدروس الخصوصية و الكتب التعليم هو هذا فهل الجامعية. والمالزم الخارجية بالمناسبة مصر ( تعليم أساساً. المجاني بل هل هذا اللي فيها شيء معترف به اسمه الدولة الوحيدة هي الكتاب الخارجي في الدول األخرى في حاجة اسمها الفانوس في العفريت أن اآلن تخيلنا لو .) مراجع السحري ) الدولة ( قرر أن يكون التعليم حتى المرحلة الثانوية فقط يكون مجانيا ثم تحدد الدولة )العفريت( التي تحتاجها في كليات محددة واعداد التخصصات طريق عن الكلية هذه على الصرف يتم و محددة الشركات الكبرى و المصانع و الهيئات العمالقة التي الطالب مجانا التخصصات. ويلتحق إلى هذه تحتاج القدرات. و تظل الكلية فقط بعد اجتياز اختبار بهذه الدراسة مجانية طالما الطالب متفوق حتى التخرج ثم يلتحق بالعمل في هذه الشركات الراعية . يعني مثال يتعثر أال تعليمه مجاني بشرط المدرسة في الطالب فلو رسب أكثر من مرة تلغى عنه المجانية أو يكمل مجانا في التعليم الفني الذي يحدده العفريت )الدولة(. وهكذا حتى ينتهي من المرحلة الثانوية فإذا أراد أن يكمل التعليم العالي مجانا فليس أمامه سوى مثال سوى مهندس مائة الى تحتاج الدولة ألن البترول هندسة بترول تقوم مثال شركة أعالي البحار للبترول بتحمل تكاليف الدراسة الجامعية الصحيحة عنهم ألنهم سوف يكونوا مهندسين الشركة بعد تخرجهم. أما إذا رغبت أن تلتحق بكلية ال تدعمها الدولة مثل كلية الطب مثال ألن العفريت مش ناقص دكاترة فعليك أن تتحمل أنت التكلفة و ال تطلب من العفريت ) الدولة ( أن تجد لك وظيفة. قد تبدو هذه األفكار رأسمالية مجنونة و لكن أفكار مع اللقاء الي و الشفاء. فيها يكون أن يمكن

How did life arise on earth ?

Perhaps eclipsing the discoveries of Troy and King Tut’s tomb is the discovery of Atlantis. Now, two daring scientists, Paul Weinzweig and Pauline Zalitzki, claim they’ve found it. They discovered the submerged ruins of the ancient city off the shores of Cuba. In the distant past the region was dry land, but now only the island of Cuba remains above water. The ancient city is 600 feet below the ocean and the team of researchers led by Weinzweig and Zalitzki are convinced it is Atlantis - the city lost for more than 10,000 years.

The earliest evidence for life on Earth comes from fossilized mats of cyanobacteria called stromatolites in Australia that are about 3.4 billion years old. Ancient as their origins are, these bacteria (which are still around today) are already biologically complex—they have cell walls protecting their protein-producing DNA, so scientists think life must have begun much earlier, perhaps as early as 3.8 billion years ago.

But despite knowing approximately when life first appeared on Earth, scientists are still far from answering how it appeared.

“Many theories of the origin of life have been proposed, but since it’s hard to prove or disprove them, no fully accepted theory exists,” said Diana Northup, a cave biologist at the University of New Mexico.

The answer to this question would not only fill one of the largest gaps in scientists’ understanding of nature, but also would have important implications for the likelihood of finding life elsewhere in the universe.

Lots of ideas

Today, there are several competing theories for how life arose on Earth. Some question whether life began on Earth at all, asserting instead that it came from a distant world or the heart of a fallen comet or asteroid. Some even say life might have arisen here more than once.

“There may have been several origins,” said David Deamer, a biochemist at the University of California, Santa Cruz. “We usually make ‘origins’ plural just to indicate that we don’t necessarily claim there was just a single origin, but just an origin that didn’t happen to get blasted by giant [asteroid] impacts.”

Most scientists agree that life went through a period when RNA was the head-honcho molecule, guiding life through its nascent stages. According to this “RNA World” hypothesis, RNA was the crux molecule for primitive life and only took a backseat when DNA and proteins—which perform their jobs much more efficiently than RNA—developed.

“A lot of the most clever and most talented people in my field have accepted that the RNA World was not just possible, but probable,” Deamer said.

RNA is very similar to DNA, and today carries out numerous important functions in each of our cells, including acting as a transitional-molecule between DNA and protein synthesis, and functioning as an on-and-off switch for some genes.

But the RNA World hypothesis doesn’t explain how RNA itself first arose. Like DNA, RNA is a complex molecule made of repeating units of thousands of smaller molecules called nucleotides that link together in very specific, patterned ways. While there are scientists who think RNA could have arisen spontaneously on early Earth, others say the odds of such a thing happening are astronomical.

“The appearance of such a molecule, given the way chemistry functions, is incredibly improbable. It would be a once-in-a-universe long shot,” said Robert Shapiro, a chemist at New York University. “To adopt this [view], you have to believe we were incredibly lucky.”

The anthropic principle

But “astronomical” is a relative term. In his book, The God Delusion, biologist Richard Dawkins entertains another possibility, inspired by work in astronomy and physics.

Suppose, Dawkins says, the universe contains a billion billion planets (a conservative estimate, he says), then the chances that life will arise on one of them is not really so remarkable.

Furthermore, if, as some physicists say, our universe is just one of many, and each universe contained a billion billion planets, then it’s nearly a certainty that life will arise on at least one of them.

As Dawkins writes, “There may be universes whose skies have no stars: but they also have no inhabitants to notice the lack.”

Shapiro doesn’t think it’s necessary to invoke multiple universes or life-laden comets crashing into ancient Earth. Instead, he thinks life started with molecules that were smaller and less complex than RNA, which performed simple chemical reactions that eventually led to a self-sustaining system involving the formation of more complex molecules.

“If you fall back to a simpler theory, the odds aren’t astronomical anymore,” Shapiro told LiveScience.

Trying to recreate an event that happened billions of years ago is a daunting task, but many scientists believe that, like the emergence of life itself, it is still possible.

“The solution of a mystery of this magnitude is totally unpredictable,” said Freeman Dyson, a professor emeritus of physics at Princeton University in New Jersey. “It might happen next week or it might take a thousand years.”

This year’s ITB Berlin sent out very positive signals for the international travel industry. With the global economy expected to recover in the years to come the world’s travel industry has begun 2014 confident of good tourism business. Following a recent period of relatively sluggish growth, particularly in many recession-hit countries, the global travel industry is once again on course for rapid growth. In Germany consumers have ensured that the mood in the travel industry is positive. Backed by a stable employment market, good wage agreements and positive forecasts for economic growth, German citizens aim to spend more money on their holidays than in previous years.

This year’s ITB Berlin reported a four per cent rise in trade visitors and an increase in business volume, which Messe Berlin estimates reached 6.5 billion euros. The focus of the world’s leading travel trade fair was on mobile bookings and on sustainable practices in tourism.

Dr. Christian Göke, CEO of Messe Berlin: “Never before was there such an emphasis on innovation as at this year’s ITB Berlin. The mood among exhibitors and visitors at this year’s show was one of euphoria, which over the last five days could be felt everywhere on the Berlin Exhibition Grounds. The world’s leading travel trade show had an even more positive impact on trade buyers

and holidaymakers than in previous years.“

From 5 to 9 March 2014, 10,147 exhibitors from 189 countries – more than two-thirds of whom came from abroad – were represented in 26 halls which were booked to capacity. Overall, some 114,000 trade visitors (2013: 109,616) travelled to Berlin.

In its role as a think tank, the ITB Berlin Convention has become a firm fixture for trend scouts operating within the international travel industry. Luxury travel was a key topic that attracted keen visitor interest.

The ITB Berlin Convention registered record levels of attendance. A total of 22,000 took part in around 200 lectures, discussions and workshops, over 5 percent more than in 2013. The matchmaking event for bloggers and exhibitors met with an extremely positive response.

More than 60,000 members of the general public came to find out about the wide-ranging information on offer from exhibitors at the weekend and were able to book their tours directly at ITB Berlin.

Egyptian Minister of Tourism, Hisham Zaazou attended the ITB international tourism trade show in Berlin to explain the new political situation and cooperation in the tourism industry in Egypt.

Berlin, by Mohamed Aziz During a press conference at World Travel Market, Egypt’s Minister of Tourism, Mr. Hisham Zaazou, gave an update on the current situation in Egypt and the tourist authority’s plans for 2014. Mr. Zaazou stated, “More than 18 countries have lifted the travel advisory on Luxor and Aswan.” “Egypt ranks amongst the top destinations in the area; over a third of UK visitors have been to the country three times or more. Currently we are ranked as the top tourist destination across the Middle East and North Africa, accounting for up to 21.5% and 37.6% of tourism respectively. As soon as the FCO revises its travel advice for the UK, we will work tirelessly with our valued media, travel agent and tour operator partners to communicate that the whole of Egypt is open,” he continued. Looking ahead, Mr. Zaazou commented, “We’re embracing real-time online communications by utilizing the latest visual technologies such as webcams and mobile apps to show exactly what is happening on the ground in Egypt now.

Egypt air expanded a lot on the last 10 years by joining Star Alliance group and operation new fleet for Boeing 777 aircraft’s which it good improvements for our national carrier. In additional of that Egypt air started new destinations from new cities in different region to support the tourism into Egypt with connections domestic flights with Egypt air express.

Our national carrier improved also for the type of the passengers they are selling now a lot of connection

flights using Cairo airport as hub for connection flights. But rather than the above advantages we are hearing daily that Egypt air losing a lot of money yearly while a lot of management passed through Egypt air now, there is no one founded the actual problem and what are the procedures to reduce the losses.

Personally I have some ideas and hopes as I mentioned before for some points it could lead to improve the income for egypt air if it will be considered and corrected on the rights way it will lead to increase the number of the passengers flying with Egypt Air.

The comments are related to the pricing of the tickets, service on-board and other specific points will discuss about it.

We all find one common comments which is the prices of the tickets and why the prices of the tickets are higher than other airlines flying on same destination actually I do not know the real reason for this point and I have no answer for it which must be revised from their management but the only point I reached in the taxes which applied from the Egyptian government for issuing each tickets. Normally there are international taxes tariff which applied from IATA to each airport as departure taxes except in Egypt Air they have additional taxes from the government reach for around 400-800 LE for each ticket based on the route and class for each ticket, so we hope this point to be revised in the future, in additional of that there are one major point must be considered which is revision and review for the competitor prices.

The prices for domestic sectors and exclusivity for Egypt air for domestic schedule flights is high problem in Egypt, how come one ticket to Sharm by around 120 USD while one ticket to Rome reached 350 USD or less , we hope the Egyptian private airlines go into the domestic market with good rates and good aircraft type.s

During the past few years I have been staying at Three Corners Rihana Inn, El Gouna, which is a great hotel with very friendly staff. There are still many places on my wish list though.

Ron: I have been to Cairo, Dahab, Hurghada, El Gouna, El Quseir, Luxor, Sharm el-Sheikh, Taba, St Catherine, Marsa Alam and Matruh.

2. Why did you start this initiative and what’s your aim?

Michel: Many of my Egyptian friends working in the tourism sector are jobless because they have been affected by the downturn in tourism and also by the exaggerated reporting by the media on Egypt. That’s one of the main reasons I started this page

together with Ron to help promote tourism to Egypt.

Ron: Our goal is to try to convince people to go to Egypt because it is a wonderful country for both holiday and long stays. There is something for everyone in Egypt: sun, sea, sand, kitesurfing, diving, friendly and helpful people, culture and a wonderful history.

3. What suggestions do you have for the tourism sector?

Michel: The operators should promote Egypt as they do in other countries. The media should show the positive things about Egypt, not only the negative things. The tourist sector should recommend more cultural travel. The Nile cruises must be initiated again and tour operators should encourage guests to not only stay at their resorts but see what’s out there in Egypt as well. Travel advisories should be clearer about which areas to visit in Egypt.

4. How is this initiative supported?Ron: Besides Facebook, we use the media to tell our story and post on websites like Tripadvisor, Zoover, Holiday Check, Wereldwijzer, Egypte Forum, Prikbord Egypte Startpagina, Vakantiepanel, Reiservaringen and other forums about Egypt to support tourism in Egypt. We have also contacted the Egyptian Tourist Authority from which we got the original logos and images and they allowed us to use them for the page. We have sought contacts as well at the Egyptian Embassy in the Netherlands and the Egyptian Tourist Authority in Brussels to discuss how we can help to promote tourism in Egypt.

اهو" .وذلك األزرق كان األخضر يكون أن قبل والميدان باللون تتسم وكانت بالمنطقة كانت سرايا الى نسبة

األزرق و كان مدخلها او عتبتها من الميدان و يعود تنقلت المماليك و الى عهد القصر تاريخ نشأت هذا ملكيته من حاكم الى اخر ثم دخلت ملكيته الى اسرة محمد على و تم هدمه و بنائه مرة اخرى و توسيعه و الت ملكيته الى ارملة االمير طوسن ... وعندما قرر الخديوى اسماعيل تخطيط المنطقة قام بردم ما تبقى من البركة التى كانت امام القصر و ادخل جزئاً كبيراً منها الى الميدان وانتشرت الحدائق و االشجار

فى الميدان و عندها اصبح ميدان العتبة الخضراء .من اشهر المقاهى التى كانت فى محيط الميدان مقهى )متاتيا ( ذلك الذى كان يتجمع فيه الثوار الذين مهدوا الدين بجمال فيه يلتقون كانوا و عرابى ثورة الى المحالت كبرى كانت الميدان حافة وعلى االفغاني )عمر منها و باريس محالت تضاهى كانت التى صيدناوي( وسمعان )سليم بيك( )اورزدي افندى(

Car accidents are an unfortunate fact of life. With millions of drivers on the road every day, many of them distracted by phone calls, messy burritos, bad weather or lack of sleep, crashes are inevitable. Luckily, most of these accidents are relatively minor and nobody gets injured.

But a minor accident can seriously damage the outside your car. Areas like the fenders and doors are especially susceptible to damage.

While it’s generally the insurance company’s job to get your car patched up and back on the road when this happens, there are a few things you should know in order to ensure that your car is properly fixed.

1. You can choose the body shop

Insurance companies can refer you to shops that they work with, but ultimately you can choose who does the work. Most insurance-recommended body shops are reputable and perform high-quality repairs, but there are a few bad eggs out there that cut corners to get the job done faster and cheaper. These shops will entice insurance adjusters with lower repair costs, but that could result in a shoddy repair. Before agreeing to get your car fixed at an insurance-recommended shop, do some research online by searching Yelp or other sites with small business reviews.

2. Avoid aftermarket parts

When you take your car in for repair, you

should inquire about the replacement parts that are being used by the body shop. Body shops may use new original parts, used parts or aftermarket parts. While used parts were made by your vehicle manufacturer and perform as well as new original parts, aftermarket parts are often cheap imitations with inferior quality. These parts can corrode, rattle and ultimately diminish your car’s value.

3. Carefully examine paint match

All too often, you see cars on the road with body panels that don’t match in color. Matching a newly painted body panel to the rest of your car is a difficult challenge, and sometimes there can be a big, obvious difference in shade. When you pick up your car from the body shop, ask which panels are original and which ones were painted. Step back ten feet from the car and see if there’s a difference in color. If there is, there may be additional paint work necessary to get a better match.

4. Check warning lights

After an accident, there are a number of warning lights that may turn on in your dashboard. These can include the airbag light, the low coolant light, the check engine light and others. When you pick up your finished car, make sure all of the problems have been corrected and none of the lights are illuminated. Illuminated lights can indicate that your car’s on-board computer may need to be reprogrammed, or that certain electrical components need replacement.

The 2014 Cairo Half Marathon took place at Cairo Festival City on February 28th and proved to be a huge success for the second year running. Turnout surpassed expectations as the event drew more than 4,000 runners, a marked increase from the 2,000 who participated in 2013. In addition to the 21K half-marathon route, the event welcomed runners of all ages and abilities with a Masters category, a shorter 7K route and a family friendly 1K run.

The Cairo Runners urban running group initiated the annual half marathon event in 2012, with the aim to raise money for various charities in the city, while also encouraging social running among Cairenes. This year 50% of the proceeds from registration fees benefited AlashanekYaBalady for sustainable development, while the remaining earnings went towards organizational funding for the event. The 21 and 7K routes were designed around the New Cairo district, while the 1K family-run took place within Cairo Festival City. All participants who finished either one of the running courses received official certificates of completion, while the 21K finishers received medals.

With the support of numerous sponsors, including Reebok, Splenda, Lamar, and Activa the event unfolded into a morning full of festivities. The venue included a Food & Beverage area, an entertainment zone, a trampoline show, and several booths for non-profit organizations and sponsors who promoted their products and services.

The event also saw many famous faces, including Egypt’s favorite satirist and host of Al Bernameg, Bassem Youssef, as well as adventure guru, Omar Samra and finally founder of SawyCultureWheel, Mohamed El Sawy. After the race, the first three male and female winners of the 7 and 21K routes were awarded cash prizes sponsored by EFG-Hermes and Jumia Egypt. Omar Samra and Mohamed El Sawy presented the prizes, and gave short motivational speeches that commemorated the runners for reaching the finish line. Bassem Youssef also took to the stage after completing the 21K and promoted his newly embraced Vegetarian lifestyle. Following the speeches, the event culminated on a tuneful note, as Cairo’s satirical music band, Like Jelly took to the stage.

The Cairo Half Marathon is a nonprofit event dedicated with its sponsors to providing financial assistance to

its partner charities by channeling the commitment of Cairo’s running community into an effective force for good.

The half marathon event marks the end of CairoRunners’ running season, where regular participants have been provided the necessary training that prepares them for distance running.

About CairoRunners

CairoRunners is the first street running organization in Cairo. Their program has been providing Cairenes with an exhilarating running experience every Friday morning in the streets of Cairo since December 2012. The series of runs take place in a different area each week, all in the early morning to ensure safety and a healthy non-polluted environment. Their first challenge was a 4 KM run in the streets of Zamalek. Each week the running distance increases by one KM until they reach the ultimate goal of a 22 KM half marathon by the end of the season. CairoRunner’s mission is to promote, practice, and enjoy the unbounded benefits of running safely in the streets of Cairo, as they support their participant’s fitness goals.

الصحفية فقط .

تعيش فى التى الطحالب االنواع من هناك مالين المناخ فبوجود جدا النمو سريعة و البيئات كل المناسب و اشعة الشمس و ثانى اكسيد الكربون كما الطحالب يوميا و معظم هذة فى مصر تتضاعف االنواع اكثر من 7٠% من وزنها زيوت مما يجعلها الضوئ بالتمثيل تتغذى وهى لزجة نراها كما كالنباتات فتعمل على زيادة ال االكسجين فى الجو فلماذا ال ننشئ مزارع طحالب فى صحرائنا النتاج

الوقود .

) كيفية االختيار(

- رئيس مجلس االدارة : من خالل البيانات السابقة ادارة أختيار رئيس مجلس السهولة أنه من أعتقد المؤسسة ومن االفضل فصل االدارة عن التحرير أن يكون الممكن كما حدث منذ عام ٢٠٠٥ من و المهارة لديه يكون أن المهم صحفيا أو اداريا الكفائة و القدرة على ادارة هذه المؤسسات و يجب تعيين نائبا لرئيس مجلس االدارة أو عضو منتدب للمساعدة فى ادارة هذه المؤسسات و يكن التعيين إجتياز بعد للصحافة األعلى المجلس قبل من

اإلختبارات المطلوبة .

) رؤساء التحرير والقطاعات (

- رئيس التحرير : يتم اختيار رئيس التحرير من التى واالختبارات السابقة البيانات قاعدة خالل تتم عن طريق لجنة من المهنين بالمجلس األعلى

للصحافة ويتم اختيار األكفأ .

استمرار الرقابة عليها من األجهزة الرقابية .

- ضرورة التقييم المالى لجميع المؤسسات وبخاصة لهذه الحقيقى الوضع للوقوف على الصغيرة منها االستقرار أما بشأنها قرار واتخاذ المؤسسات مراقبة و واحدة لمرة القوى الدعم اما و والدعم هذه المؤسسات للوقوف على قدمها مثل المؤسسات فى التفكير أو الدولة عن الكاهل ورفع الكبرى

وضع اخر لتنظيم هذه المؤسسات وتفعيلها .

" ُكل اللي تقدر عليه .. و إدفع اللي إنت عاوزه " ده ببساطة شعار أشهر مطعم في النمسا .. الراجل من المطعم فاتح و باكستاني ده المطعم صاحب يومياً جداً جامد بيكسب و األن حتي ٢٠٠٥األن حتي المطعم فتح ما أول من يوم ومفيش ) حوالي 9 سنين ( فيه خسائر للمطعم ! بالرغم من إن المطعم أوبن بوفيه ) لحمة - فراخ - شاورما - بانيه - سوسيس - هامبورجر - كبدة - كباب - بسمتي - رز بطاطس - - جمبري - سمك كفتة - شوربة - سلطة - عيش " كل اللي حيخطر علي بالك حتالقية ( و تقدر تاكل أي أكل لغاية ما تشبع و تخلص الطبق و تغرف تاني و في األخر بتدفع

اللي إنت عاوزه حتي لو 1 يورو بس ! إن بسبب يوم كل بيكسب المطعم ده من بالرغم األكل هناك حلو جداً فالناس األغنياء بتحب تيجي تاكل من المطعم و بتروح دافعه ٥٠٠ يورو مثالً مع إن األكل تمنه الحقيقي ميكملش ٢٥ يورو بس و ده بسبب جودة األكل المقدمة و طعمه اللذيذ !

تقفل حاولت النمساوية الشرطة خلي اللي ده و إتخرب تانية مطاعم فيه عشان كدة قبل المحل بيتها من المطعم ده إلنه واخد كل الزبائن منهم .. إال ان الشرطة فشلت عشان زباين المطعم رفعوا المطعم وبالفعل ! المطعم بقاء أجل من قضايا إستمر و كسب كل القضايا لصالحه وبكدة يبقي

أول مطعم في العالم يبقي عنده الفكرة ديه !هل تؤيد وجود هذه الفكرة في مصر ؟

Youth unemployment, it’s not age that matters but lack of skills

Virtually the whole of Europe faces a crisis of escalating youth unemployment, and Britain is no exception. More than a million under-24s are out of work and not studying or training – over 15% of young people.The low-skilled comprise the bulk of the unemployed. The OECD reported that 19% of 25- to 34-year-olds in the UK who left school at 16 are now unemployed in contrast to 9% in 2000, while for those with degrees the unemployment rate is only 4.7%. It is not being young that makes you unemployed, but being young and unskilled.A striking exception to the European norm is Germany, with youth

unemployment of only 7.5%. The German economy is the strongest in Europe, but Germany also has far fewer unskilled young people because of the success of its apprenticeship system, which embraces most school-leavers who do not go on to higher education.Among Britain’s school-leavers, one in three now go straight to higher education; barely one in 10 take an apprenticeship. Even these apprenticeships are often of questionable value. In recent years almost half of youth apprenticeships have lasted less than a year – many a matter of weeks – and barely a quarter of apprentices are studying at the

equivalent of A-level or higher.Britain needs to reform its apprenticeship system from top to bottom if youth unemployment is to be tackled. As Angel Gurria, the OECD secretary general, said of last week’s statistics: “High youth unemployment is not inevitable, even during an economic crisis; it is the product of the interaction between economic context and particular policies.” For decades, British governments – including the Blair-Brown government in which I was an education minister – have done a good job of enhancing higher education but paid too little attention to apprenticeships and technical education. This neglect continues. The number of youth apprenticeships fell last year.
