CANCÚN Cancun is one of the most important touristic complex in México and of

Resting on the northeast corner of the Yucatan Peninsula in the state of

TAXIS
Taxis are located in Terminal 2 and Terminal 3, airport departure; to use this service you need to buy your
tickets on the installed modules, remember that there may be long lines of passengers buying your ticket,
usually the rates for this service are more expensive than other transportation services.
All taxi fares are based per trip, not per person, most taxis have a capacity of 4 people and in some cases
with 3 passenger cars.
The service is available from 7am to 11:30 pm at Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 service is available 24 hrs
For transportation around the city, do not flag a taxi down in the street. Instead, use your hotel’s
concierge to hire authorized taxis only.
Not all drivers speak English and if speaking Spanish is not an option, make sure to carry a map, and

Situated right in the heart of the Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen
is the region’s top destination for shopping, dining and nightlife.
There’s plenty to keep you occupied here, plus Playa serves as
an ideal base for exploring the rest of the Riviera Maya.
After your day at the beach, head into town and take a stroll
along the pedestrian Fifth Avenue strip, locally known as Quinta
Avenida. By day it’s packed with people browsing the shops and
boutiques; by night roving musicians entertain diners in the many
restaurants and bars.
ISLA MUJERES Isla first gained international attention for its outstanding aquatic
conditions. Clear, warm water, abundant marine life, reefs and
caves attracted Jacques Cousteau who was guided by local dive
legend Ramon Bravo. Snorkeling sites are abundant, though
those frequented by Cancun party boats can be crowded at
certain times of the day. A better choice is the area adjacent to
the airstrip, just to the south of the city. Most of Isla’s residents
live from diving and fishing. They make very hospitable hosts for
both day-trippers and overnight guests.

Entering Bandoneon you might think you've ended up in
Buenos Aires. Every detail replicates the streets of
Argentina, right down to the cobblestone floors and dramatic
tango music. Walls are adorned with
antique bandoneons(concertinas, similar to the accordion)
and paintings of tango dancers. In the center of the
restaurant, two enormous lighthouse structures guard more
than 500 bottles of wine. The menu features starters like
smoked marlin and charcoal-grilled provolone cheese; mains
include pasta, fish, and chicken, but steak is the star. If you
still have room, order the brandy-soaked cake roll with
caramel filling for dessert. Reservations are recommended
Thursday through Saturday.

Japanese cuisine based on combining stable foods
(shushoko), typically rice or noodles, with a soup and okazu.
Some of the menu dishes made from fish, meat, vegetable
and tofu. Dinner is from 5:30 pm to 11:00 pm.
The water-side building is a tribute to the restored Puerto
Madero of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and perfectly balances
the use of dark woods, brick & glass. The charcoal grill
enhances the unique flavor of Prime meats and a variety of
seafood. Classy ambience with a yacht club atmosphere.
Super service & lovely views from the deck make for a fine
dining experience.
The owners are Lupita and Irma Chavez. The restaurant
features contemporary Mexican food, with traditional flavors
and ingredients. Enjoy the drinks, tequila, as well as the best
selection of recipes from Mexico. Expect to be wowed by the
tostadas, flautas, sopes, quesadillas, enchiladas, sea bass
tacos, blue crab taquitos, roast corn soup, red pozole,
chicken with mole, salmon al pastor, corn smut and goat
cheese ravioli, garlic octopus fettuccini, and scrumptious
desserts like flan, chocolate volcano, and chocolate truffles
with mole and churros. Julia Mia is open daily from 1 pm to
12 am.

Du Mexique is a restaurant on Bonampak avenue in
downtown Cancun. This is the place to celebrate a special
occasion like an anniversary or birthday. Chef Alain Grimond
and his wife Sonya prepare and serve the food themselves.
The cuisine is an interesting combination of Mayan and
French. Seat in the dining room for dinner and have dessert
on the patio.
Les Cepages is owned and operated by Chef Salvador Luna.
This rather small and intimate restaurant (with a European
feel). The Roasted Spring Rack of Lamb is but one of the
stars on the menu. A fine selection of wines its available to
pair your food. Reservations are a good idea.
Casa Rolandi is a family-owned Restaurant with beautiful
and cozy settings in a 2-story design; featuring a main Dining
Salon & Bar, an al-fresco dining panoramic Terrace; a Wine
Cellar, a Raw Bar, a live-lobster tank, a Private Dining Room;
