PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:

Planning Commission recommends that UP-08-06 NOT BE REVOKED due to compliance with the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance and City Code. (7-0; Bell/Morris, Van Laethem and Papasodora-Cochrane excused)

Mr. Howlett stated that based on sound planning practices, Planning staff recommended UP-08-06 NOT BE REVOKED as listed in the official agenda.

COMMISSION VOTE:

Commissioner Bell moved that UP-08-06 NOT BE REVOKED as listed in the official agenda and as recommended by staff. Commissioner Morris seconded the motion. The motion was carried by a vote of 7 - 0. Commissioners Van Laethem and Papasodora-Cochrane were excused.
