Report : The City Manager will present Council with some facts related to the Housing Stock in St. Albert that will help to facilitate discussion surrounding the affordability of living in the City. The presentation will address: 1. Residential Property Assessments – from the 2011 Tax Roll 2. Housing Stock Type – from the 2012 Municipal Census landbase 3. Distribution of Rental Properties – from the 2010 Municipal Census results 4. Approximate Age of Residential Housing Stock – from the City’s taxation database 5. Average R1 Residential Lot Size by Neighbourhood – from the City’s parcel data layer Link to Council or Corporate Objectives : Plans and Initiatives are delivered to strengthen St. Albert’s social fabric.
