Citrix Installation Guide

Windows-Installation 1. Double-click on downloaded certificate „ca“ and click „install certificate“

Notice: This procedure may vary due to the installed operating system!

Important:

Install certificate on a physical store!

Mostly at trusted root certificates or at

local computer

Accept the certificate and click yes

2. Start Internet Explorer and uncheck server certificate revocation

3. Install Citrix Online-plugin and change the servername to:

https://citrix.evatecnet.com

4. Do a right-click on the Citrix logo (grey circle) at right side of tasklist.

Afterwards click on “Login” and enter your credentials given from your

Administrator. Check “remember password” and go ahead by clicking the

ok-button.

5. If your login has been successfully, the Citrix logo turns from grey to blue.

OS X-Installation 1. Double-click on downloaded certificate „ca“. Attach the certificate either

to keystore login (certificate works only for the specific user) or the

keystore system (certificate works for all users).

2. Install Citrix-plugin and change at Citrix Dazzle the servername to:

https://citrix.evatecnet.com

3. Add/Remove Applications from Dazzle Store to your Dazzle folder
