CitiMFA Phone/SMS Number Registration Process In order to access sites which implement MultiFactor Authentication (MFA), users must first register their phone numbers within Marketplace. Go directly to the Citi MFA Marketplace request Or go to Marketplace, search CitiMFA, and choose CitiMFA - Update User Phones

Marketplace Order Walkthrough

Tab 1 - you will be asked to verify your identity. This initial verification is required because only you are allowed to update your own information. Click Look Up and your name should appear as the value. Then click next.

Tab 2 - you will be asked to do another name verification. This look up will populate the next tabs with any phone/SMS numbers you have already registered. Click Look Up and your name should appear as the value. Then Click Next.

Tabs 3 & 4 – you will be asked to register any phone number that you would like to receive VOICE One Time Passwords (OTP). This could be a work, home or cell phone. Enter only your country code in the first field. If you don’t know your country code, a list is under the DESCRIPTION tab. Enter the remaining digits in the last field. Do not use spaces , hyphens or any other non-numeric characters. Click Next Upon clicking Next, another required field will appear. You will need to verify the number you have entered prior to check out. To Verify, click Look up. Please review the number and make any necessary changes. If you make any changes, you will need to re-verify by clicking Look Up. After entering your number, you may click Next to add more numbers or you may check out.

Tabs 5-6 you will be asked to register any phone number that you would like to receive SMS One Time Passwords (OTP). This must be an SMS capable device such as a cell phone. **Disclaimer – Citi does not charge for the SMS OTP service but Message and Data Rates may apply. ** Follow the same steps for Tabs 3-4.

If you had previously entered any numbers you are required to re-verify them prior to submitting your order. To do this, you need to click on Look Up and verify the information. Click Next Tab 7 When you are finished adding all numbers, you will land at the verification page. In order to submit the order, you must check “Acknowledged”

Once you have Acknowledged your order, you may click Quick Order to finish your Marketplace order or Add to Cart to Continue Shopping
