Citi Women Leader Award
Objective: Citi Woman Leader Award was instituted in 2010 with the objective of encouraging future
women business leaders. Spanning across premier business schools in India, this initiative recognizes
women students who demonstrate exemplary leadership potential and have attained excellence in the
field of academics and extra -curricular activities.
Coverage: Nominations are invited from first year MBA/MA/MS students at premier business schools
in India.
Event Timelines: Jul end-Sept early
Qualifying Rounds
There will be in all two campus rounds each of these being an elimination round
Top 2 candidates per campus would be invited to Mumbai for further event rounds
Award Ceremony & Felicitation
Top students from across campuses would be flown down to Mumbai for the 2-day finale which
includes assessment centre exercises, case presentations and personal interviews.
Basis this rigorous assessment, winners (top 5-6) will be awarded a scholarship of fixed tuition
fees and also Summer Internship Offer.
The 2-Day event comes to a close with a grand award ceremony followed by the gala dinner
with the management team at Citi.
