REMINDERS: 1. Take the fit test 1 (violet).2. Exercise according to your capacity.3. Use 40 to 70% of your maximum intensity not the volume.4. Apply the inhale-exhale method5. Always listen to your body.6. Take 1 or 2 minute rest for every circuit. (OPTIONAL)7. Drink water before, during and after the circuit.8. End your session with a FINAL STRETCH (walk 2x around the QPAV area).
