of improving the sporting activities in the school, and

the visits made to village churches, thus contributing

spiritually and physically. All these were wonderful

    acts.

In return, we have engraved the writing:THIS BUILDING WAS FUNDED BY ST. NEOTS METHODIST CHURCH IN

ENGLAND, 2009 on the outer wall of the dormitory building

to keep the friendship and the bond between St. Neots and

    St. Thomas strong.

May God mightily bless you for giving generously to us.

    Thank you.

    Yours faithfully,

    Ililo Winnifred

P RISPhil Sheppard, from Buckden Church, successfully completed the London toParis Bike Ride in aid of Christian Aid, as Phil puts it, on 25th July arriving atthe finishing line at the Eiffel Tower on a beautiful sunny Paris afternoon.

He goes on to say: Although the bike ride was very gruelling in parts, withsome sections of the route hilly and the weather occasionally wet and windy, itwas a tremendously exhilarating and rewarding experience and made evenmore so by having raised very nearly 3,000 for Christian Aid.

Phil would like to express, through the Circuit Newsround, his sincere thanksto all those who sponsored him or helped in any way.

The picture shows Phil at the finishing line with just enough strength left tohold the bike aloft!!
