Our terms are only valid if the following conditions are complied with. Should one of the conditions not be complied with, then the company will be entitled to refuse any indemnity.

1.1 TERRITORIALITY Cover applies worldwide with the exception of : a) Countries at war; b) Countries for which a no-travel warning has been published and

circulated by the legitimate political authorities prior to taking out the policy;

c) The countries listed below: Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Angola, Azer-baijan, Bangladesh, Benin, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo-Brazzaville, Democratic Republic of Congo, Djibouti, El Salvador, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guam, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Hon-duras, Iraq, Iran, Israel, Ivory Coast, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Myanmar, Nauru, Nepal, Nicaragua, Niger, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Pales-tine, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Peru, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Swaziland, Syria, Tajikistan, Togo, Tonga, Turkmenistan, Uganda, Ukraine, Uruguay, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

1.2 SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD a) At latest, 48 hours prior to the event start b) At earliest, at the start date of the ticket sales on the tickets sales

platform.

1.3 DURATION OF COVER Maximum of one year.

1.4 QUANTITY OF TICKETS A maximum of 10 tickets per Insured is allowed.

a) If the cancellation comes from the ticket bearer, the demand needs to be done through the dedicated interface made available by Circles Group to the ticket bearer and at latest 30 minutes prior to the event start to which the ticket was related.

Cover does not apply if it is proven that at least 60% of the insured event was able to be held. If the event was held over several days, the 60% rule applies to each day of the event

On the other hand, the indemnity will be reduced from the amount perceived or to be perceived from the producer, the organiser and/or its insurer, following the cancellation of the event to which the ticket was related.

2 COVERS

2.1 DEFINITION The present insurance guarantees the refund of the insured ticket

following the request of the bearer of the insured ticket if this request has been done according to the principles defined in the Conditions.

The present cover is valid for all reasons unless excluded as hereunder.

3. EXCLUSIONS

a) Fraud and/or malicious act. By Fraud and/or malicious act is also understood : The refund request of

a ticket beforehand insured whereas the insurance holder or ticket bearer was aware of some facts and/or circumstances such as being aware that he/she wouldn’t be capable of attending the event to which the ticket was related at the time of taking the insurance.

b) War, declared or not: please note that the Insured Party must prove that the claim results from an act other than the act of war;

c) Dirty bombs: this insurance policy does not cover the losses, damage, liability or costs that are caused directly or indirectly, completely and/or partially, by – or occurring following :

• Ionising radiation or radioactive contamination by any nuclear fuel and/or nuclear waste and/or by the combustion of nuclear fuel;

• Radioactive, toxic, explosive or similar dangerous or contaminating properties of any nuclear installation, of every reactor and/or other nuclear assemblies or components;

• Any weapon or device for which the atomic or nuclear fission and/or fusion, or any similar reaction, or radioactive force or radioactive matter are used;

• Radioactive, toxic, explosive or similar dangerous or contaminating properties of any nuclear matter. The exclusion contained in the present paragraph is not applicable to radioactive isotopes, except for nuclear fuel, when such isotopes are prepared, transported, stored or used for a purpose that is commercial, agricultural, medical, scientific, or for other similarly peaceful objectives;

• Any chemical, biological, biochemical or electromagnetic weapon;

d) Cyber risks;

The refund is based on the procedure defined throught he QR codes trans-

ferred at the inception of the insurance.

Except in case of exclusion as defined under section « Remains excluded in any case », the refund will be done automatically within a delay of maxi-mum 48h, and through the interface supplied by Circles Group to the ticket bearer.

The insurance contract Since it is based on trust, there is as such no need to supply any informa-

tion nor document(s) to release the refund of the insured ticket, except if an exclusion as defined under section « Remains excluded in any case » occurs in the present insurance policy.

Financial flow

OPTION 1 : The ticket bearer buys the ticket and the insurance directly on the tickets sales platform and simultaneously.The insurance cost (Gross Premium reduced of the tickets sales platform comissions) is automatically transferred to the insurer by the tickets sales platform.In case of claim, the ticket bearer will be refunded automatically by the insurer through the QR code and

Circles’ interface, upon request.

OPTION 2The ticket bearer buys the ticket and the insurance directly on the tickets sales platform and simultaneously.The insurance cost (Gross Premium reduced of the tickets sales platform comissions) will be paid monthly to Circles and following a Bordereau issued by Circles Group.

The Claim cost is paid by the tickets sales platform and reduced from the due amount charge on the bordereau by Circles Group.
