From the Gals in the Office

August is national Family Fun Month, and what better way to spend the summer than

by some quality time with those dear and near to your heart! Whether it's a trip to the

beach, your local swim club or a family movie night, spending time with your children

before the start of the school year is an excellent way to build a strong relationship that

will carry throughout the rest of the year. Here at Circle RV we have a large selection

of attractions that are with in 20 minutes of us! Stop by and visit the girls in the Office

if you are looking for something fun to do, they have a list of inexpensive and FREE

events in our area!

As we all know schools out for the summer, we politely ask everyone to please keep

and eye out for children on bikes, scooters or skateboards. Parents PLEASE remind

your children that they need to look out for vehicles as well. California has a state law

that requires anyone under the age of 14 to wear a helmet when on a bicycle. Please

make sure your children have their helmets on. This is for their own safety. Also re-

mind them that sidewalks around the common areas, pool, clubhouse, ect are off limits.

Lastly we would like to remind everyone that ALL buildings in the Resort are NON

Smoking. This includes the Restrooms & Showers, Pool Area, Clubhouse, &Vending

Room. We have a designated area behind the Restrooms that has an ashtray and seat-

ing. Please remember to be courteous and pick up after yourselves when there, trash

reciprocals are located close by. Thanks again and we hope you enjoy your Summer!

Funky Flip Flop Luau

We’re at it again! Come down to the Pool on Saturday

August 25th at 12 Noon for our Funky Flip Flop Luau! To

make it that much more fun we ask that you wear best

Hawaiian outfit of some kind & you’re funkiest pair of flip

flops. Feel free to dazzle them up with tons of personality,

there is going to be a contest for the most outrageous pair of

flops! Also the staff with be whipping up some teriyaki

grilled chicken, it’s as always, up to you to provide the

sides. Sign up in our Offices by the Monday prior, (Aug.

20th) so that we may have an accurate head count! Aloha!

Recipe Of The Month: Simple Salsa Verde

Ingredients:

3 green tomatoes

2 fresh jalapeno chilies

1 large red tomato

1 medium onion, chopped

1/4 cup lime juice

1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Directions:

Place tomatoes and jalapenos in a pot, and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until toma-

toes and jalapenos turn light green, about 15 minutes. Drain well, and place in a blender with the

onion, lime juice, salt and pepper and cilantro. Puree to desired consistency and chill. Salt and

pepper to taste

Propane is filled twice daily, at

9:30am & 2:00pm. At Pump

Price $3.45 + tax per gallon, or

Delivery Service Price $3.65 + tax

per gallon. Please have your tanks

ready prior to service times.
