(xiii) The ministry of any other competentauthority may stipulate any furthercondition after reviewing the compliancereports. The above conditions will bemonitored by the Regional office of thisministry located at Lucknow/CPCB/SPCBwith respect to its implementation.

Shall be complied.

(xiv) The ministry may revoke 01' suspendclearance, if implementation of thestipulated conditions is not satisfactory.

All the terms and conditions are being implemented andcompliance report I being submitted to SPCB/CPCB andMoEF timely.

(xv) The above conditions will be enforced inter-alia under the water (prevention andcontrol of pollution) Act, 1.974, Air(prevention and control of pollution) Act,1986 and public liability insurance act,1991 along with their amendments.
