Sales Trainee Program

the cintas Sales trainee program currently offers an extensive, well-structured sales development program designed to provide strong knowledge in all of our product and service offerings. the purpose of the program is to prepare the Sales trainee for a successful career in sales. the training program combines a series of assignments in various departments; such as general office, operations, service and production. the Sales trainee will also be responsible for prospecting, setting appointments, preparing presentations and sales reports, and working with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Scholars Program

cintas’ Scholars program is one of the most intensive internship programs in business today. this program is open to undergraduate college students who often find this an excellent transition into our management trainee program. this is a paid internship program with competitive wages that increase with each year of participation.
