Equipped with hundreds of new features,

MAXON‘s world-class tool, CINEMA 4D,

will take your 3D projects by storm.

The new feature set includes a dramatic

increase in rendering speed, enormous

improvements in rendering quality, an

enhanced animation toolset and dozens

of other tools that make creating brea-

thtaking 3D projects easier and more en-

joyable than ever before.

The Advanced Render module offers an

all new Global Illumination that is ea-

sier to set up and delivers superb image

results in even less time. Animators can

take advantage of the non-linear anima-

tion toolset and a wealth of workflow im-

provements make life easier.

With CINEMA 4D R11, any type of user

can now boost the image quality and cut

down turnaround times.

3D FOR THE REAL WORLD

Animation

The animator‘s toolset has been greatly

enhanced with a full-featured non-linear

animation system.

With Motion Layers you can easily

enhance complex animations. Motion

Clips let you mix and cross-fade even fully

animated characters. Make the character

wave at you as it walks, without touching

any of the basic animation clips.

Pivots help you when you want your

character to turn during a walkcycle or

step onto an escalator. Simply animate

the Pivot and your character will follow.

Finally, Ghosting lets you keep the

animation sequence under control.

Rendering

Also, rendering has been dramatically

improved. R11 renders about twice as fast

as R10.5 on state-of-the-art computers*.

And the overall render quality has been

improved as well. New parameters

allow even more realistic glass materials

than ever before. The Advanced Render

module has an all new Global Illumination

that produces fast, ultra-realistic results

with minimum setup time. You don’t

have to worry about technology anymore

– just make your scene beautiful.

And for high-end pipelines, Advanced

Render now comes with CineMan, the

Renderman connection for CINEMA 4D.

Workflow

Lots of reworked dialog windows and

managers make setting up your project in

CINEMA 4D R11 a breeze. Plus, there’s

Doodle, a great new collaboration and

annotation tool that lets you and your

team work even more efficient.

Also, texture artists can rejoice because

MAXON has added tools that make

creating and organizing brushes a lot

easier. But best of all: You can now use

Photoshop -compatible .abr brushes.

This huge upgrade contains many more

features. Projection Man, the matte

painting tool of many leading Hollywood

studios is now available to everyone!

The Collada file format can now be im-

and exported, and a key license server

lets users of multiple licenses manage

their installations with ease.

bit implementation of CINEMA 4D under

Mac OS X Leopard; and the 3D Navigator

device from 3D connexion now also

works in CINEMA 4D on the Mac.
