Cils is 20 Years Old!!! Messages from Tony Mohl and John Noss

(who have been here from the beginning)

From the Desk of Tony Mohl—

These 20 years flew past pretty quickly. I remember the first couple of months working out of our part-

ner’s garage and basement until we were able to secure a building with offices and warehouse in

Grantville. When we outgrew that facility, we moved to Lebanon to our present location—a larger build-

ing with 3 times the space. We then secured a second location in New Berlin about four years ago to cover

the northern tier of PA.

We grew slowly and steadily as a company. We were, and still are, fortunate to have great employees and

dedicated customers. As a company, we have had our ups and downs; but as a team we have always

pulled through the adversity and kept moving forward.

CILS has also been fortunate to have come into contact with manufacturers who are at the top of the in-

dustry—such as Continental-Girbau (which was the first machine we ever sold in 1998), whose integrity

is second to none. GA Braun has also stood by our side from day one; feeding us service and later an

equipment distributorship. Clean Cycle Systems, Multimatic, Forenta, ESD, Sharper Finish and many

more.

I need to thank several more people who trusted our visions enough to stick with us over the years—

1. SBA—initially lent us our start up financing to get our business rolling

2. Jonestown Bank & Trust, who has been with us to back us up on our many endeavors—special thanks

to Greg Hower

3. Henry and Beaver law firm for their guidance when it was needed

4. Amerman & Ginder accounting team for their guidance through the messed up world of business

I would especially like to thank my parents for their great teachings. From work ethic to morals to treat-

ing people fairly; without them I would not have grown into the person I am today capable of managing

our business.

Through our 20 year journey we have come in contact with many people who helped mold our company

into the one it is today. Our company still puts our customers needs first whether it be sales, service,

parts, or office personnel. We still try to meet our customers needs with polite, professional service.

2017 has brought us much pain. On November 27th, we lost one of our veteran service/installation em-

ployees to a horrific traffic accident. Steve Batdorf was our first service tech hired and had been with us

for 18 years. Steve will be sorely missed. He was a great friend and awesome employee.

Steve passed away from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident at 3:15 pm on Monday November 27, 2017 You were our first service tech, a big brother to some, an uncle to others and a friend to all. Our hearts are breaking and we will miss seeing you everyday. We will never forget you. There is a hole in our company and our hearts that will never be filled. We will hold our memories of you close to our heart forever.

Godspeed dear friend until we meet again in Heaven. We Love You!
