About the eventThe CIH London Housing Summit will offer housing professionals from across the capital the opportunity to keep ahead with the latest knowledge from the industry and share information with peers who are faced with similar challenges.

This event will examine London’s affordability and supply crisis and discover solutions to the growing problem. In the run up to the mayoral election Sadiq Khan based a great deal of his platform on providing affordable housing to all Londoners. We will be examining his promises to see if they bear scrutiny and also reminding delegates that they as housing professionals play a crucial role in ensuring that social housing remains a priority issue for the newly elected Mayor.

Master classes will discuss topics including homelessness, upskilling the sector, the debate around housing standards and more.

These issues are covered in our SHAPE document, which will be debated in great detail throughout the day.
