Project Objectives and Achievements

➢ Objective: Enhance Process efficiency:Achievement: CIDCO could refine and adopt best business practices for all its departmentalprocesses . A comprehensive SOP repository is now available across all its department.

➢ Objective: Ease of doing transactions through E-Services

Achievement: Availability of robust system based on global best practices that eliminatesmanual and redundant processes and provides e-services to citizens and vendors.

➢ Objective: Eliminate islands of information, availability of trusted, centralized and structureddata base for managing CIDCOs huge record base of land bank and properties. Availability ofpowerful MIS for senior management.

Achievement: Digital land and property central database is now available in SAP system. EveryHOD is equipped with powerful reporting tools and MIS for faster decision making withoutmoving the physical files.

➢ Objectives: Availability of e-services for employees

Achievement: Availability of online Employee Self services like leave management, LoanApplications, LTA and other reimbursements.

❖ Planned

1. Setting up DC, DRC and NOC : To set up a Data Center (DC), Disaster Recovery Center

(DRC) and Network Operations Center (NOC) as backbone for SAP implementation.

2. Project timelines :18 months for System implemematation and 5 Years of supportpost Go_Live Date

❖ Actual

1. A state of the art DC / DRC and NOC is set up to run CIDCO’s SAP operations.

2. Improvisation in traditional implemematation method, the system went live in

staggered way from Jan 2017 to Dec 2017 but within the stipulated timelines

3. CIDCO is now completely on SAP.

• SMS Gateway is integrated with ERP & CRM, stakeholdersget SMS alerts about the status of the services required.

• Payment Gateway for online payments.

5 SAP ECC with LegalTracking System

• Legal Case data is replicated from Legal Tracking system toSAP Plot Master there by providing critical alertsregarding legal matters for making informed decisions.
