SACRAMENT OF BAPTISM
Baptisms are celebrated on Saturdays in English or Spanish or on
the fourth Sunday of every month. Arrangements should be made
one month prior to Baptism. Children 7 years or older should regis-

Arrangements should be made with a Priest at least six months

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ: “Our eyes are fixed on the Lord, pleading for his mercy” In each parish, we have our own challenges and satisfactions in turn, the two drive forward, trusting in God. We see the de-crease in our parishioners in the masses, if parents know in faith there is no vacation, it is less difficult to make children under-stand the need of God and come to mass to share life in Him. For those who are traveling may God accompany them and may they have time to rest, we wish it for Fr. Adriano who just left on vacation. We welcome Fr. Polanco, make your stay be fruit-ful for the benefit of our parish community. We continue to pray for the present and future of Saint Sylvester, that God, in his infinite love guide us and lead us to better days. CCD Registration
Registration will take place during the months of July & Agust in the parish office during Monday thru Friday only. Please note that the CCD classes are on Sundays. The fee remains the same — $75 per child and $35 for the second child. The third child is free, but
they must be brothers and sisters only.
Kindly invite your neighbors and friends, who have children who are not in the Religious Education Program yet, to register.

bautismo. La cuota permanecerá igual: $75 por un niño y $35 por el segundo hijo/hija. El tercer niño esta será gratis, pero solamente
si son hermanos y hermanas.

Trip to the National Shrine of The Divine Mercy We will be having a trip to the National Shrine of The Divine Mer-cy on Saturday, August 4, 2018. The Price of the trip is $35.00. During your trip you may choose to visit any of several places of prayer on Eden Hill like: Lourdes Grotto, Immaculate Conception Candle Shrine, St. Joseph/Holy Family Candle Shrine, Mother of Mercy Outdoor Shrine, St. Peregrine’s Knoll, Shrine of the Holy Innocents.
