Registration card in the pew rack and place it in the offering plate.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

TODAY:

1) SENIOR POTLUCK: today. Come and fellowship together. Please bring

either a salad or an entrée. Dessert will be provided.

2) FAMILY MINISTRIES: will go to Los Rios today on an arts & nature walk

from 1:30 to 2:30pm and a night walk at 7:00pm.

3) SERVING HANDS MINISTRY: 5:00pm in the fellowship hall.

4) VBS LEADERS: All family group leaders, we will meet this evening at 7pm

for an informational meeting.

NEXT WEEK:

5) VBS SETUP: Sunday, July 22 from 12 noon to? Please come and help with

finishing touches of decorating for VBS which starts Monday, July 23rd. We will

be doing various things from moving tables, hanging various items, etc. Snacks

and drinks will be available.

6) VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL: begins Monday at 6:00pm and continues

through to the Friday July 27th

. Please remember to take the “gift apples” on the

tree in the lobby.

7) STUDY GROUP: Wednesday, 10:30am in the overflow room.

UPCOMING EVENTS FOR CHURCH CALENDAR:

10) OFFICER ORIENTATION: All officers, especially newly elected officers,

are invited to attend the Officer Orientation after fellowship lunch on August 4.

11) MAD ABOUT MARRIAGE: Friday and Sabbath, August 17 & 18. Free

marriage seminar with Mike & Gayle Tucker. See insert for more information and

how to pre-register.

GENERAL:

COMBINED BUDGET: monthly goal $14,000

TUITION AID: monthly goal $2,600

AUDIO VISUAL: received for July $95

OFFERINGS: All loose moneys in the plate will go toward the local church

budget. Designated donations will be applied as specified by the donor on the

tithe/offering envelope. Any undesignated moneys in envelopes, will go toward

the offering appeal that specific day.

NEXT WEEK’S OFFERING: is for Conference-Wide Church & School

Building Fund.

12) COMMUNITY SERVICES: will be closed during the months of July &

August. If you need any clothes or food, please contact Marion Brown at 570-

9729 or Cherrie Gallup at 790-3790.

13) NO CHILDREN’S CHURCH: until September.

Youth

Scandia Theme Park- July 22

The Youth invite you (the whole church) to join us on July 22 for a trip to Scandia

Theme Park in Ontario. Meet at church at 9:45AM, will be back at the church by

7PM Limited amount of discount tickets, first come first serve, Reply to reserve

your tickets. After their gone you can still purchase tickets at the regular price. For

more details or to RSVP contact Matthew Burton [email protected]

or 909-382-1898. If there are any left over tickets they can be purchased from the

youth.

Talent Show- August 12

The youth are invited to come and enjoy time with their friends in the Youth

Center to show off their talents. On Sunday August 12th

at 7PM- 9PM we are

hosting a talent show for the youth. Registration is required. Your Talents may be

cool. They may be crazy. They may not seem possible to do. But they are your

Have a Car

If you have a car and you would like to help out the youth we need drivers to

transport students to and from our activities such as: Scandia Theme Park, Hangar

Revive- Every Week

Youth are invited to Revive Sabbath School Every Saturday Morning at 10:00AM

in the Youth Center. Snacks, Music, and Lesson.
