Regular Maintenance ·Regular maintenance is intended to prevent operational accidents of cleanrooms in advance in order to prevent any problems in production.

·We manage operation of the customer’s cleanrooms so that they can be maintained in their optimized conditions.

Quarterly Inspection Visits (Regular Maintenance) ·Regular maintenance will be done on a quarterly basis to manage cleanrooms in their optimized conditions.

·Particles (class) are measured for management and inspection.

·Systems are evaluated (temperature, humidity and operational conditions) for management and inspection.

·Components with potential problems are replaced before such problems occur.

·Cleanroom operation management and training is offered.

·Cleanroom status report is submitted to customers.

Follow Up Inspections Upon Customer Request (Non-regular Inspection) ·Preliminary actions are taken for customers to cope with emergency measures on the phone upon customer request.

·Visits are made within 6 hours after phone calls to identify causes and resolve them.

·Problems are recognized by customers and reporting is made in writing.

·Actions for cleanrooms are submitted to customers in reports.

Follow Up Plans After Warranty Period ·We enter into contracts with customers for follow up actions so that they can continue their production without problems.
