Tasting : The nose pops with licorice, smoke, black licorice, coffee bean and mocha. Soft, round, forward and very nice for this difficult vintage, the wine ends with dark, fresh, black cherries.

Serving Suggestions : Chateau Saint Pierre is best served with all types ofclassic meat dishes, veal, pork, beef, lamb, duck, game, roast chicken, roasted,braised, stewed and grilled dishes. hearty seafood or richly textured fish liketuna, mushrooms, pasta and cheese.

Vinification & Tasting notes:This aromatized sparkling wine based drink, produced in

France, is the outcome of a secondary fermentation in closed vats. The effervescence results from a fermentation by seeding selected yeasts and with a control of temperatures. Then, the sparkling wine is aromatized with natural peach aroma. The addition of the shipping liquor is realized during the bottling process with cold temperatures and a minimum SO2 level. Packaged in clear bottle(550gr) with natural cork.This aromatized sparkling wine based drink is characterized by a fine and long lived effervescence with a creamy foam. With a light yellow color, the nose is clear and fruity and releases natural peach aroma. Well balanced with a perfect roundness at the palate. To be served chilled.Alcohol percentage 6%
