Mr. Kornblatt is a software developer who also worked with Wyeth and Merck.

Areas of expertise include Microsoft Development Stack, software architecture, and tech consulting.

Scott plays the guitar, piano, and sings – was in a couple of bands after college. Good example of music-math correlation!

Mr. Shreve is a CPA and has 32 years of experience working in industry, public accounting, and his own tax consulting firm.

Mr. Shreve has lived and worked in seven states and held 13 different positions in public accountancy.

Ms. Watson has worked in advertising for over 25 years – clients include: Advil, AT&T, Kraft, McDonalds, IBM, PECO and QVC.

She is a Philadelphia Business Journal’s Women of Distinction.

Indiana University

App Development/Inventor – Phil Reitnour – EmergenSee Thurs, March 12, Period 2, Rm 268

Mr. Reitnour is the Founder & CEO of Emergensee, a personal security app.

He’s been an entrepreneur for 24 years. He recently appeared on “Shark Tank.”

He spent 10 years working in the banking industry.

University of Delaware

Aquatic Biologist – Dr. Kathryn Goddard-Doms – Ursinus College Tues, March 10, Period 3, Rm 142

Dr. Doms teaches marine biology for Ursinus College. Her areas of expertise are

freshwater and marine biology, and fish genetics

Part of her job is being outdoors teaching about (and catching) sea horses.

Dr. Doms is doing stream studies with several schools, including Beaumont Elem.

Ms. Donato has written eight television series and has won 7 EMMY Awards. She has won 3 Writers Guild of America Awards. link

Her novel “Lie Beside Me” was published two years ago and is currently working on a second novel.

She tutors high school students and helps with college application essays.

West Chester University (History degree)

Business – Paul Ridder, President – Tastykake Wed, March 11, Period 4, Rm 142

Prior to being President, Mr. Ridder was the Senior VP and CFO of Tastykake.

Mr. Ridder started his career in public accounting, and held various positions of increasing responsibility in finance/accounting functions of different companies.

Tastykake makes 250,000 pies and 1.4 million donuts every day. The top selling item is Peanut Butter Kandy Kakes.

Clinical Social Work – Karen Moon, Psychotherapist Wed, March 11, Period 7, Rm 268

Ms. Moon’s areas of expertise include counseling for grief & loss, parenting, and adolescent issues.

Her experience includes 17 years at Merrill Lynch in the Employee Assistance Program.

She worked with those affected by the Columbine shootings and 9/11.

Cyber Security – Tom Murphy– University of Pennsylvania Wed, March 11, Period 3, Rm 142

Mr. Murphy is currently the CIO at Penn.

Areas of expertise include business application of IT to drive improved performance, revenues, customer experiences and efficiencies. Large-scale transformative organization, process and technology programs. Information security.

A large portion of his career (20 years) was spent doing IT work for the travel industry working for Marriott, Omni, Avis, Royal Caribbean.

His first job was as a front desk manager-in-training at Marriott Hotels & Resorts. Lucked in to IT as a profession when Mr. Marriott chose hotel managers to install the first front desk computers. He never touched a computer until he started work.

District Magistrate (Judge) – Analisa Sondergaard Tues, March 10, Period 3, Rm 268

Ms. Sondergaard was elected to a 6 year term as District Judge in 2012. Her Courtroom is in Chesterbrook and is open every day. Hearings are held on held Monday, Wednesday and Friday and are open to the public.

She was a Philadelphia Assistant District Attorney for seven years (’95-’02) in the Family Violence and Sexual Assault unit. She prosecuted the Lisa Thomas-Laury (news anchor - 6ABC) stalking case in 2000.

Christian Brothers University (BA Psychology), Temple University School of Law (JD)

Entrepreneur – Tom Borger, President – TB Innovative Wed, March 11, Period 2, Rm 268

Mr. Borger’s areas of expertise include Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Marketing. He has extensive business experience and has been an adjunct professor for both Wharton and Villanova.

He is an author and he gave a TEDx talk – “The Power of Inexperience.”

Mr. Borger’s entrepreneurial journey started on-stage at Conestoga’s Senior Variety Show in 1983, where he performed stand-up comedy.

CHS grad and was on the Stoga State Championship hockey team in his Senior year.

Ms. McDevitt began her 30 years of experience in the fashion industry as a sales associate and progressed through the ranks to become Global President of Anthropologie and COO

She creates shopping experiences that are engaging and compelling for Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Free People, BHLN, and Terrain.

On any given day she will plant trees, crunch numbers, lead meetings, work with digital folks, and look at fashion!

Mr. Safford is the Senior National Sales Director with Primerica.

Areas of expertise include teaching people how money works, getting the best bang for the buck, and leadership & management.

After graduating from CHS, he went to broadcasting school and was a DJ on WFIL in Philadelphia.

Mr. Miller is the President of Miller Designworks.

Early in his career he did various freelance design jobs in NY and PA and was hired as the first employee at Bennett Designworks. Six years later, he purchased the studio from his employer and changed the name to Miller Designworks. That was 25 years ago.

Mr. Morrison’s areas of expertise include marketing, sales, and business development. He has deep experience working globally to build brands across geographies. AS the head of sales and service he works with ultra-high net-worth clients. He has worked and lived in the US, Europe, Asia, and Australia.

Mr. Marino is the Creative Director for inomar media.

He co-wrote, produced and engineered "Bad Girl" on Usher's Confessions Album. He produced and wrote with the lovely Melody Gardot.

Areas of expertise include audio/video production, web development and graphic design

He started playing guitar at the age of 18 years old and wrote a song for Usher 3 years later.

Mrs. Miller works in the Student Health Center at Villanova and her area of expertise are Pediatric & Adolescent Health, and Using visual imagery to reduce pain.

She has worked in several areas of Bryn Mawr Hospital and has been a teaching instructor at Temple, Phila Community College and Delaware Community College.

Mrs. Miller has been in the delivery room when some of our current CHS students were born. She has had the privilege of being with people at incredible times, both during birth and death.

Mr. Blake is responsible for sales and ad revenue for marketing & digital divisions and 4 Philly radio stations: WMMR - 93.3, 95.7 BEN FM, 102.9 WMGK, & 97.5 The Fanatic

He began his ad sales career with a sports-marketing firm in Conshohocken.

His company reaches over 2.5 million weekly listeners and is responsible for over 2,000 events with 1M annual attendees.

Special Agent (FBI) – Charles Murray – Retired FBI l Wed, March 11, Pd.4, Rm 268

Mr. Murray worked for the FBI for 30 years (retired 2006). The subject of his last FBI Investigation before retiring is currently on the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted List.

He is currently a Contract Instructor for the U.S. Government. His area of expertise is Human Source Recruitment and Development.

He is one of six boys – four were FBI agents and the other two are attorneys.
