    Residential Service Coordinator

    Residential Service Coordinator will establish rapport and develop a professional relationship with propertymanagement and residents so that services can be delivered in an effective manner. Residential Service

    Coordinator will provide services at their assigned property based on the needs and desired expressed by thecommunity and management.

    Residential Service Coordinator will have extensive interaction with Community Partners as they advocate and

    bring auxiliary services and events to their property.

    All Residential Service Coordinator will have on-call responsibility in the event that one of their alternateproperty is in need of assistance.

    Community Housing Resource Partners is a non-profit organization headquartered in San Antonio, TX but

    serves communities in Texas, Ohio, Indiana and now Arizona. We are responsible for providing recreational

    and critical supportive services to our communities in an effort to assist our residents with maintaining self-sufficiency and enhancing their sustainability.

    Responsibilities

    Assesses, coordinates, refers, implements, evaluates, monitors, and advocates for the residents of our

    supportive housing communities.

    Organize and maintain a monthly schedule of events and services for each community. Reach out to the community to seek out new services and educational opportunities for your residences.

    Facilitates and enhances collaborative relationships with management and community partners. Meet with Community Manager on monthly basis to ensure open communication and input into the

    monthly calendar. Completes all documentation required for maintaining record of services for state and local audits.

    Maintain a detailed monthly budget of expenses for each property.

    Qualifications:

    Education: High School Diploma or Equivalence is required. Experience: Non-profit experience or service experience is preferred. Additionally, individuals who may

    have been the beneficiary of such service in the past will also be considered and will be given strongconsideration.

    Technical Skills: Proficient ability to navigate in Microsoft Office as well as basic internet needs.

    Communications: Proficient in verbal/written communication skills, in both formal and informalsettings. Experience creating, documenting, and scheduling. Excellent ability to organize information,manage tasks and use available tools to effectively contribute to a team environment. Ability to express

    oneself professionally within groups and in one-on-one conversation with staff, management and/orresidents. Multi/bi-lingual skills are a benefit to the position.
