Registration opens September 11 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and continues thro~September 12 to 16 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Lobby of the Sheraton-Palace Hotel. There will also be in the lobby an Information Desk and a Ladies I Hospitality Desk, both of which will be open during regis­tration beginning September 12. For registration and other information call the Sheraton-Palace Hotel; telephone EXbrook 2-8600 and ask for either the Registration Desk or the Infor­mation Desk. Any member of the bar may attend.

With the consent of the Conference or by its majority vote, after request made to the chairman, any active member of the State Bar may be granted the right to speak upon any matter under consideration by the Conference.

The proponent of any resolution being considered by the Conference shall have the right to speak in furtherance of his resolution even though he may not be a delegate to the Conference.

Only delegates may vote, and they and alternates should secure a Conference ribbon by registering at the State Bar Registration Desk.
