AN EASTER SPECIALEaster was celebrated at The Classique Club with great style on April 21st. Tangerine restaurant laid out a special menu for its members and their guests.
BAISAKHI SPECIALBaisakhi, the harvest festival from Punjab, saw a hearty celebration at The Classique Club on 14th April. The Punjabi New Year was celebrated with an authentic Punjabi menu at Tangerine.
IPLThe crowds were on the edge of their seats this IPL season. The Classique Club community enjoyed every sixer and wicket along with their family and friends. Big screen was put up at Shooter’s Bar for members and their guests.
MOTHER’S DAYOn 12th May, Mother’s Day was celebrated with a lot of warmth at The Classique Club, as members and their guests were seen enjoying a sumptuous dinner at Tangerine with their mothers. A special discountawaited the members who brought their mothers along.

STRAWBERRY BASIL MARGARITA
INGREDIENTS
In a shaker, muddle the strawberries, basil, lime juice and sugar syrup.Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice.Shake vigorously and strain into a Margarita glass filled with fresh ice.Garnish with a lime wheel and a basil leaf.
METHOD
INGREDIENTS1 oz of lime juice4 oz of club soda/ lemonade6 mint leaves2 tsp of brown sugar
Medium strawberries 3 NosBasil leaves 3 sprigsLime juice 1 tbspSugar syrup 1 tbspTequila 30 mlCointreau 30 mlMaraschino liqueur 15 mlGarnish: Lime wheelBasil leafGlass: Margarita
Add the lime juice, brown sugar and mint leaves in a highball glass. Bruise a few mint leaves using a spoon and add to the glass. Let the mixrest for a few hours. Fill the glass with ice and stir. Top with club soda (or lemonade). Add a sprig of mint for decoration.

VACATIONS.....WOW!! Exams over!! Schools and colleges closed! Its time for some fun as vacations are on full swing.Withthat said vacations can be fruitful if planned purposefully, lest the long summer holidays can be boring & monotonous with long hours of inactivity and a complete waste of time.
Parents need to devote some time to their children and chalk out a well balanced vacation routine for their mental and physical well-being. There are a number of hobby classes from music, singing, dancing, painting,to art & craft that you can opt for. Simultaneously physical activities such as swimming, tennis, badminton, table-tennis, skating are all very benficial for growing youngsters.
Again this is time for relaxing and rejuvenating, so a healthy and wholesome diet is essental to keep sickness and lethargy at bay. Often kids binge on unhealthy snacks and aerated drinks. What with home delivaries and packaged junk food readily available, it is easy to fall into a habit. This is where as parents you should plan and push your child towards healthy food. A lot of nutritive goodies can be prepared at home with some assistance from parents. Milk shakes with the goodness of mangoes, chikoos, strawberries, & almonds as well as fresh fruit juices such as lime, aam paana, etc are absolutely refreshing in the summers. Whole wheat sandwiches with interesting fillings of cheese, chicken, vegetables, & mint chutney, paratha rolls, sprouts bhel are not just easy to experiment and learn but also high on health.
Vacation time is exlusively the time of the year when kids can spend quality time with extended families,cousins, uncles, aunts & grandparents. Creating craft item such as cards, posters, pictures frames,pen-holders, deocrative flowers etc and gifting them to your loved ones can also prove to be an emotionallysatisying interaction for young kids.

We are a prominent export house recognized by the Ministry of Commerce. We manufacture and exort critical automobile parts to more than 80 countries worldwide, including highlydeveloped & technologically advanced countries such as Germany, USA, Australia, etc. We also develop prototypes andhave strong R & D facilities. We are approved suppliers to various government corporations.
Needless to say, the business engagment is qute demanding, needing personal attention for quality, businesscommitments and undercurrents in international markets. We operate in a highly sensitive international environment and volatilve situations. Certain things like foreign exchange fluctuations are beyond our control, and we have to be intensely focussed on day to day developments.
What are your hobbies and other areas of interests?
It is important to maintain family and work balance through delegation and management of various tasks.Personally for me, a visit to the gym works like an elixir to eliminate pressures. .
Apart from business, I happen to have a keen interest in sports and music. In fact, I have performed lightmusic concerts on various platforms. I have been a regualar in ISKCON festivals on the occasion of Janmashtami and other festivities for the last 17 years. I feature on YouTube and my Ghazals have been launched by T Series. One can find me on YouTube and other popular channels. The music provides me solace from the pressures of business and I sincerly look forward to perform for the members of ClassiqueClub someday.
How do you feel about being a member of The Classique Club?
The membership of Classique Club has been rewarding in more than one way. Be it an excercise regime,a soothing steam bath, a whirlpool bath, a massage session, swimming pool laps, or pool side refreshments,it is all a unique experience. Simultaneously various Indoor games, Yoga classes or simply lounging around with a magazine or newspaper are an antidote to a tiring business life. The Classique Club surpasses all others in terms of ambience, amenities, services, or environment.
In totality, the experience of being a member of Classique Club is truly classic!

Chicken – 1 kg Corriander powder – 1 tbspBoiled Egg – 1 no Red Chilli powder – 1/2 tbspGinger garlic paste – 1 tbsp Turmeric powder – ¼ tspGr. Chillies – 2 nos Garam Masala powder – ½ tbspCream – 80ml Chaat Masala – ½ tbspSour limes – 2 n os Salt – to tasteOnion – 800 gms Tomato paste – 250 gmsGhee – 30 gm Ginger – 15 gmsMint leaves – 50 gm Kasturi Methi – 1tbspMilk – 300ml 20 Nos puffed lotus seeds fried in gheeCashewnuts – 100gms
METHOD:Sauté the chicken pieces and keep them aside. Deep fry the sliced onion in ghee and then fry the makhanaand put aside. Add ghee to the kadai and heat. Add milk, ginger garlic paste, tomato paste, coriander powder, chilli powder and garam masala. Let it cook for 10 mins. Grind the fried onion and cashewnuts withwater in a grinder to make a thick paste. Add this paste to the kadai, along with chaat masala and salt, cook for 10 mins. Add the cream, dried methi leaves, cut gr. chilli,& ginger strips. Add the chicken pieces to the kadai and cook on a slow flame for 10 mins. Garnish it with fried makhana and cut boiled egg. Chicken Nawabi is ready to be served with rice or roti.
