I am a self-motivated out of the box thinker, who enjoys the daily challenges that a diverse environment can bring. My experience as an enterprise management engineer and administrator has provided me with a diverse range of skills. I work independently while building cohesive relationships within a collaborative team atmosphere. I am capable of conveying technical information to a diverse audience while achieving project milestones. Boeing World Headquarters Sep 2004 – October 2004 Seattle, WAIT Manager

Act as the central point of escalation for all IT related issues for Boeing Stores. This is a multi-functional role utilizing my technical and management skills. Provide service and administration for a 16+ node WAN with 20+ Windows 2003 servers and 40+ Windows 2000

workstations. Administer SQL 2000, Counterpoint SQL, Great Plains, IIS, and remote control products. Single point of technical contact for several third party vendors who are performing continued migration work. This contract ended early due to budget constraints.

Seattle Goodwill July 2003 – September 2004 Seattle, WAEnterprise Administrator

Provide re-engineering and rollout of windows 2000 and an AD forest including migration of Exchange 5.5 to 2000. They adopted a new topology with a single domain and OU based policy for workstation rule sets. I added a 1.6 terabyte backup system utilizing backup-exec 9.0 and replaced the existing data server with a NAS system. After Introducing Ghost image services, Remote Desktop, and other enterprise management tools I created master workstation images and reconfigured all internal pc’s.
