The verdict? We particularly enjoyed Roasted Tom (male) Turkey which

is also the Christmas special. Turkey may taste plain compared to chicken

but if you pair it with side dishes such as chestnut and apple stu�ng,

brussel sprout roasted baby potatoes, carrot vichy, dress it with a layer of

giblet gravy with mushrooms and cranberry sauce, believe us, it will turn

into a heavenly delicious dish.

Of course, Fresh Seafood on Ice is always our favorite thanks to the fresh

seafood in which anything fresher, you have to catch it yourself. During

Christmas/New Year, premium seafood such as fresh and juicy oyster is

made available so be sure to grab some before they are gone. Do not

forget to grab some bites on the limited hot seafood as well such as

Oysters Gratinated with Special Sauce.

Call us “Asian” (we really are, anyway) but we found the Yong Chow Fried

Rice with “Silver Fish” in Lotus Leaf delectable. Maybe it had been a

while since we enjoyed 5-star Chinese cuisine and we really missed the

aromatic smell and taste from the premium ingredients in the fried rice.

Due to overwhelming food selection from fresh seafood on ice, Japanese

corner, hot trays and action stalls, we usually had little space for desserts

but still, we enjoyed mini desserts on spoons prepared by pastry chef with

love.
