The Merchant Hotel reserves the right to cancel the card if we deem such action necessary. Room reservations must be made directly with the hotel and the gift card number stated at the time of booking. Gift cards can be redeemed for goods and services throughout The Merchant Hotel, excluding Harper. Gift cards are valid for 12 months
from date of purchase. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period.

Our Events Space features six private event rooms; a choice of three, four, five or six course menus; and complimentary
room hire for private dinner parties of 10 or more.
In our covered Roof Top Garden (this year with an Alpine Lodge theme) we can offer private parties from 32 per person to include drinks reception,

Crystal chandelier and iconic Christmas tree. Our mouth-watering festive menu is sure to appeal to all tastes.
The Great Room Restaurant can accommodate parties from two to eighty guests. Those wishing to continue their celebrations
need look no further than Ollies Club.
On any of our Club Nights our Christmas Co-ordinators will be happy to arrange priority admission to Ollies Club at a reduced rate for those dining in the 6pm sitting. This offer must be redeemed by 9:15pm.
Ollies is also offering free entry from 3pm - 7pm, available to diners of lunch sittings on the 8th, 15th and 22nd of December.*
