Christmas and Hogmanay at Carnegie is all about you. We take great delight in decorating the conference centre and making the atmosphere just right for you to really get into the festive spirit! Our food is excellent and is always a talking point, this is why we have many people join us to celebrate year after year.

A salad of freshwater crayfish and crisp leaves with a Marie Rose dressing

Hunter’s terrine (created from pigeon, pheasant & duck) served with cranberry & port wine chutney and oatcakes

Main CourseRoast turkey with all the trimmings (pigs in blankets, chestnut stuffing cranberry sauce and a rich roast gravy)

Pan fried fillet of salmon on a bed of mushroom & pancetta risotto dressed with a sweet lemon sauce

Pan fried pork steak stuffed with mango and covered in a coconut crumb, served with a light curry sauce

A tart of redcurrants, soft cream cheese and roasted vegetables (v)

All served with seasonal potatoes and vegetables

A retro celebration with classic songs from two fantastic, unforgettable and flamboyant eras. The night kicks off with a groovy drink on arrival, followed by a delicious 3 course dinner and coffee. Then its time for you to hit the dance floor and boogie on down to the classics!

Meatloaf Tribute Show £35.50 ppThursday 23rd December

Mix “Bat Out Of Hell” with all the Meatloaf classics and get a high octane mix of stomping rockers and high powered ballads that will have you singing all night long!



The “Snow Ball” £35.50 ppSunday 19th December

For those looking for a more formal evening The Snow Ball welcomes you with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival followed by a delicious 3 course dinner, coffee and Advocat. Our ABBA tribute band will then take to the stage to entertain you with classic hits followed by a Disco!

Finish the working year with a party! Take a table at our Black Friday Festive Lunch with colleagues and friends, the afternoon kicks off with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, followed by a fabulous 3 course festive lunch then dance the afternoon away with a disco!

Hogmanay Celebration

Whether you are celebrating the success of 2010 or looking forward to 2011. Carnegie Conference Centre will make sure that you bring in the New Year in the best way!

The evening is relaxed and informal and kicks off with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival followed by a selection from a hot and cold buffet and a disco.

Booking Terms and ConditionsAll prices include VAT

A £10 pp non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking within 2 weeks of your enquiry. If deposit is not paid within the 2 weeks Carnegie Conference Centre will automatically release the table. The full balance is required *6 weeks prior to your event.

Bookings made after the 15th November must be paid in full within 5 working days.

Regrettably, if you cancel all or part of your booking, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Carnegie Conference Centre can not be held responsible should any of the entertainment acts cancel at short notice however this is exceptional, we will ensure that a suitable replacement act is sought.

Free parking is available within the grounds of Carnegie Conference Centre. Please note that all cars are parked at the risk of the owner.
