Stewardship Bulletin Bit“Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with you!”

    —Luke 1:28

After Jesus, we look to Mary as an ideal steward. Her entire life was lived in obedience to God’s call. Just as the moon reflects the light of the sun, Mary reflects the light of Christ. Like Mary, we are called to reflect Christ’s light to the world through our gratitude and generosity.

  • “We are all one family in the world. Building a community that empowers everyone to attain their full potential through each of us respecting each other’s dignity, rights and respon- sibilities makes the world a better place to live.” —Saint John Paul II, Sollicitudo rei socialis

It is a simple fact that we cannot live and exist well independently of others. sOLIDARITY looks upon our interdependence as something good, positive, and to be cherished. The image St Paul gives us of the Body of Christ (that we are all individual parts that together make up the Body of Christ) gives us a visual way to think of this.

“EARTH TO TABLE” EVENT A succEss!Our 2nd annual wine fundraiser had 31 teams enter, producing $3,100 for the Building Fund. A full list of winners, and the creative team names, is posted on our website.
