It is compact and hygienic due to deadleg-free interconnection technology and also the world’s fastest deliverable Purified Water Generation System.

Multi Grade Sand Filter

Used for removal of suspended matter, our special High Specific Flow Rate design ensures cost effectiveness and reduces space. Unit is available in Auto as well as Manual operation.

Softeners

Used for removal of hardness, our design with counter flow regeneration ensures low residual hardness with higher reliability and better performance. Units are available in Auto or Manual operation with various (Single / Series/ Parallel) configurations.

Reverse Osmosis Units

Used for removal of salts, our systems are designed for optimum recoveries without compromising on the membrane life. Single Pass RO systems are available for TDS less than 500 ppm and Two pass for Higher TDS.

Ultra Filtration Units

Purified Water Generation Systems

This system is based on the classical ion exchange technology, along with proven systems engineering. It is available as separate bed and mixed bed systems, with auto and manual options, in traditional and short cycle versions.

Used for SDI and microbial reduction, our systems are designed for 100% recovery thus eliminating water wastage. This is possible due to use of special UF membrane with a Multi-bore technology. The units are fully automatic in operation with auto backwash and CIP cycles.

SEPTRON® Line

Pre-Treatment

The OSMOTRON®, invented by Christ, is the world’s largest selling skid-mounted system for the production of Purified Water (PW) and Highly Purified Water (HPW) in accordance to the Ph. Eur. and the US Pharmacopoeia. The basic mechanism is 5 micron prefilter, Single-pass Reverse Osmosis, Electro de-ionization with high water recovery and a PLC-based control system.

OSMOTRON®

The CHRIST MULTITRON MT is a unique designed multi-effect distillation unit with a superior energy, efficient performance and most reliable WFI water quality. Most energy efficient multi-effect equipment for the production of Water for Injection (WFI) comply with the latest cGMP requirements and include features to integrate it into an overall system. The state-of-art control package complies with GAMP requirements as well as with an intuitive operation via touchscreen panel.

VAPOTRON VT-series Pure Steam Generators for the Pharmaceutical Industry are most energy efficient, multi-effect equipment for the production of Pure Steam. It complies with the latest cGMP and GAMP requirements, includes features to integrate it into an overall system. It comes equipped with an intuitive operation via touch-screen panel.

LOOPO with Hot Water Sanitization LOOPO with Ozone Sanitisation

It is a compact system for the distribution, sanitization & monitoring of Purified Water, Highly Purified Water & WFI. Variable speed drive pump for distribution of the pure water, UV radiation unit for destruction of the ozone below detection limit, flow rate temperature & conductivity measurement (with online TOC measurement as an option).

With the compact system LOOPO Pharma-line, the entire storage & distribution system can be sanitized by adding ozone (generated from Purifed Water itself) to the circulating water. This eliminates the requirement to periodically shutdown the system for Hot Water Sanitisation. Microbial counts less than

010CFU/100 ml without maintaining PW Loop at 80 C can be obtained using this system.
