Given the variability between the IT and marketing sectors, B&D should pursue IT outsourcing. This will allow them to increase efficiency by focusing on their core business practices, whilst IT professionals are taking care of the work that B&D is not comfortable doing. This will permit B&D to supervise more important features of the business; B&D will become a better company in ways that will increase their core standards and allow everyone to benefit from outsourcing, except of course the competition.
