Hi troy well sure you seen all that is happening here, and I am amazed at the nightmare that is this, Well I would like to talk to you 904-778-5125, See you didnt get this from me, but I talked to steve lewis, and others and I am amazed how GV is even doing business, I am disgusted troy, Im not from MLM but I have to say it is crazy, I feel bad that these distributors are not getting their commissions, or atleast not what they should! its wrong, and now my services are tied into this nightmare, Anyway, I can talk off the record, but Zensoft, wow thats a nightmare, and its not true e associates are being terminated for no reason, its crazy, lets not get on B2B, And look, as for these customers that are supposedly on page plus, I sell EVERY prepaid product, EVEN MY OWN, its the only way to be in business, Any way I am being approached by other companies, TV, I was also contacted by ProxyCom, but I seen the Stuff on them, Oh and they are really panicing here over the vegas thing, I didnt believe it but its true, and they are going to vegas on the 6th to try and make it go away, I wish I knew this shit before I got involved with them, Anyway I am getting other things set up and I like the MLM arena, may even do something only wireless products, See I think it could do well, I mean there is only an average of 12.00 spread on prepaid per customer, but if the MLM and the distributor Split the spread, a distributor can make 6.00 per customer a month, so on average if a distributor is only halfway good, they can get 100 customers or 600.00 a month residual, whether they make the payment in a store on a website, wherever, so I think it would go over well. Anyway When you get a chance give me a call, and we can try and fill in the holes, I just dont want these people that pay everymonth to be a part of this company and not get paid, It is crazy, well I would like your input, Give me a call Ill be available all day.

Ok have you heard all orders were stoped and customers cannot renew thier phones?
yeah its true, The GV merchant account shut them out! no b.s., so when they say they are catching up on orders its b.s., further, the company has no organization, We as activation king wireless had NO complaints like this before the merger and More customers, GV had 67,211 people sign up for service either gsm or cdma, and 11,821 had come up for renewal and guess what? yup account down phones down, Now I have done the right thing and have put my own money to support these customers, but I can tell you dont find it a surprise if this is another E-Verge, So call me when you can so we can discuss a way that we can save these distributors even if it means putting myself at risk for suit, Its the right thing to do.
Also I do have the MLM bug lol but I have the support of a few leaders and triple diamonds some are already running ill give you their sites, one i guess you call it my first distributor site is here
www.myrhinowireless.com, but wait im getting off track, i forgot to tell you about a new contract that has been signed by my company and ntelos in canada, so that means CDMA handsets work in canada cities yet GV wont release it and is saying they are waiting for distributors there to pay more in before they give them anything! thats crazy!!
Also GIA we will discuss on the phone, but I bet you already know, anyway be happy to talk and let you know the plans for the future, and take a look at myrhinowireless.com that is a distributor that has already signed up 609 customers a month, they are getting a residual off that customer of 5.50 for a total of 3,795.00 a month, thats just for having the customer, this doesnt include the international calling plans, special features, etc, anyway sure we will talk about it, I just did that so that this regular distributor can be a testament for whats to come, and why GV hasnt been able to get this wireless thing together is beyond me, thanks for the time hope to hear from you soon.

Troy its done and we have done the right thing I believe, We have severed ties with Global Verge for non payment of airtime, and the absolute miss management of shiping activating, you name it, And for taking these people money and telling them bold face lies. I have the documents from authorize.net they have made millions and payed no one a single DIME!!! So its crazy and I am available to make an official statement at anytime so you can find out what happened and yes GV can sue me but I think everyone needs these documents to See the absolute scam that is Global Verge. Troy if they persue anything which they wont, I will give you full access to our corporate attorney, and I have now sent everything I have explaining who I am and what has happened to the AG office in missouri I dont think they know the Fire they started all the burned past e associates will email the AG now they are done, This is a desperation move on the part of GV, why because they really were shut off and they need time to fill the GAP, but between them sellin PagePlus for 79.99 and not being able to activate all those Simple Mobile Cards They are done. I did the Call with Kevin and Harry Today we filled a 500 call system in less than two minutes, So bad that harry had to be conferenced in by kevin. so we will do another on wednesday, So it is official Unlimited Wizard Cellular Inc. and all the affiliate companies have Merged together with Panther Mobile, I have a CDMA verizon phone, A GSM Unlocked phone coming to you that is Branded and made just for panther, Does T.V. Radio, Video, you will like it, Just let me know what Zip Code I am activating these phones from so I can get you Local Numbers, We have not got one thing in either office from mr.crocker in South Carolina or In Florida, So To me its a desperation move.

Troy I have been honest with everything with you and here it is Panther is Growing SO FAST, that even my support staff cant keep up, I am being honest, So I am asking you, Is there someone in this industry I can pay to advise me to help Us deal with this growth, I want to do this right troy, But I have to admit that when my 78 people in the call center have 2 people on hold WOW. I really see what this industry can do, I have hired 12 more people for the call center. But I need the insight from this industry so the next move can be right, And I can still push forward. I want to do what is best for the distributor Troy, Not just the company I see that its the distributor that builds this company, So I am telling you I see the growth, I am making changes to deal with it, But I need help I wont lie, I realize I cant build this on my own, and I am man enough to do that.

Troy We didnt violate any WOW privacy, When a WOW rep gives me their account info, We wanted to know why they were turned off, So when it is a WOW representative that gives us that info, Its NOT a violation of privacy, perriod Further, after We confirmed they were turned off for non payment Two more reps who contacted us had the same issue, They came to Us for help, The reps told us where they paid their bills etc, As for Global Verge, We are already suing them, After doing further research we found WOW has no MVNO agreement with T-mobile, As for my intent troy, Lets be real, If I wanted to hurt Wow I would point out every single weakness that company has but my posts speak for themselves, I have done nothing but speak to the fact that Wow is the ONLY company I consider Competition, Further if you read my older posts you would see that I told GV reps to look at Wow as well as Panther, So I dont see that as sabotage, Now if I am wrong I would admit that, I reported on the call Info Provided to us From T-Mobile from the accounts of Three seperate WOW mobile customers, That in no way is violating WOW's Privacy, Further as for our agreements they are intact, and couldnt be better, further we have added even other countries, So the information that was relayed was from customers, just as if people contacted you and said panther customers were down, No different, As for Panther thinking Wow is more than Competiton, Nope but nice try, I give credit where credit is due plain and simple, I have said this about GI Connect as well as WOW troy, and that is just the facts as anyone else can read my other posts, We dont need to sabotage as you say a company to beat them, We can beat wow just for the simple fact commission is higher and the plan is lower plain and simple. 54.99 is much cheaper than 79.99 plain and simple. No did you notice the gentleman on the WOW call never said where he was from or what division of t-mobile he was from?. Thats neither here nor there, Look I was not attempting to Sabotage Wow mobile, And again I will state that I feel they are the only other company in this arena that actually can provide what they say as far as activating service, As I Have Said Before, Further I tried to contact WOW yesterday to get a statement as to what had happened, I could not reach one person. So take it for what it is worth, What I said was a fact, and was not meant to hurt or damage their business, And we are competing openly and honestly with WOW, our plan is 54.99 a month we have openly announced that. As for hurtful information, Verizon and AT&T go back and forth every day, ever see the commercials for verizon that says "theres a map for that" Are they wrong?
As for Global Verge Trying to sue me, we know that wont happen, we are suing them, and if me telling the truth about Global Verge is sabotage then I will take that with Pride, Cause I WILL NOT SIT IDLY BY WHILE GLOBAL VERGE DEFRAUDS THE DISTRIBUTORS FOR ONE DAY TROY, and if anyother company enters telecom that does as GV DOES I WILL DO THE SAME AND EXPOSE THEM, so I dont think WOW is that company. So If I am wrong for telling people in our field on a leadership call about what happened at Wow, So Be it I am wrong, Do I think I am Wrong for that, No i dont but I have been wrong before, But here I dont think I am. -

I talked to Tony at Xtreme Mobile and have been told they have a reseller store agreement, They Got codes for a retail store and are using it for the MLM, Tony didnt know and I gave the history to Tony at Xtreme, And the fact they are selling the Air Card product that costs 49.99, for 79.99 yet again robbing these people, I have been relatively Quiet Troy but should I stay that way or should I go back to exposing them again?

It may be a crazy coincidence but It got my attention, Look I just want whats right here, I dont want to sink this company I want them to succeed, I just see some red flags as you say here, I took time out of my busy work week to go to Florida and open that office, We were suppose to have everything on paper but after three days there nothing, it just looks bad because my Board and partners are pushing me now, asking whats going on, And when members of Panther Leadership are asking me why me and my team are mentioned less and less yes it does raise some flags for me, On the Mobile news insider you will see the issue I think the leaders are having, And to be honest Troy it doesnt bother me but it is obviously bothering the field, another issue for the leaders in the field is Intergrating AT&T and BOOST, Now in my opinion we are late delivering but we have it in our hands, the issue, That they are not in Panthers Name, Ok if we are suppose to be all warm and fuzzy and you ask me to announce this to the field why the hold up? AT&T will never be in Panthers Name as they give out no more codes and as retailers go out of business they replace them with corporate stores, So thats no happening and Boost takes 6 months, So why announce it to the field? They wanted to use my codes now its different, And to be honest I have some serious concerns. That being said I am not jumping Ship But ill be Requesting some answers here.
Panther wants me to sign over all of our international contracts to them, which I am fine with, But again I have nothing "NOTHING" on paper protecting Unlimited Wizard Cellular Inc, from getting Burned here, Am I wrong for requesting that?
Anyway I want to do whats right by the distributors here, Let me know what you think, I am actually thinking this through without making a rash decision for once.

Let me start by saying I am doing my best here, I am trying to adjust and deal with the issues and try to be understanding, I Have been told that panther is doing a meeting in Macon on thursday, So I will go and attend, And see if something gets put on paper, I am hoping we can work through the issues, but I have to be honest and off the record, They are having issues with growth, I have volunteered my companies support team but they want to do it on their own, I have two issues with that, If I am suppose to be an owner or partner I should be able to help, To make things worse they requested Pins aka Airtime today, I am good with that, But we make sure that we are paid for it the same day, I was told the wire couldnt be done till after 2pm "FLAG" then they bought them from someone else, It just seems to me (and i could be wrong), that they really dont want me in this company or as an owner, Because Now im being told I can be given a position in the Matrix, etc, its just crazy. As of this point I am having to distance myself, As I have not had conference calls in three days, I will be doing one tomorrow but I will only be covering the Retail side i.e. Activation King Wireless, The Purpose of this email is I am asking for advice Troy, Do I stick it out? Is this common in this industry? Why I am asking is because if any of this was to happen in the communications industry I would have been gone, I just am starting to feel that it was good for me to be there to bring the traffic in and now that they have that, maybe they dont want me there. This is coming not from me but everyone in my organization.
And let me say this, This has nothing to do with televerus, as we are talking, but thats all it is now, and me, Kevin, Danny, and Rick. have been on the phone together.
I just feel the growth is hurting them and I am not being allowed to help, Look Troy we have put on 1829 people in the retail business in less than 8 days! at activation king wireless, and NO ISSUES or HICKUPS, That is only because I have the experience in building Businesses like this, I only wanted to help. But I understand they dont have me with an NDA or anything so thats ok so Ill leave it alone, Ill continue to talk good about Panther But I HAVE TO distance myself and see what happens, I just will no tell anyone I have any position in Panther Because as of now I DONT, and I cant tell reps that, Because alot are signing up because I am there And I feel responsible.
If you have any advice on what I should do, Let me know, I will continue to work with the other companies as well such as traverus and wow, and anyone else that wants a real service, And I trully hope panther works out, I know alot of people in this industry are watching Panther, and alot of peoples hopes hang on this company and I am doing my best.

Troy, I have done everything I can to get this together with panther mobile, But As of right now, We still do not have anything on paper, I have been dealing with some Family issues, and a death in the Family, Two actually, been a really bad week, I have been approached for an exclusive agreement with Traverus as well as Leaders from Panther who came in with me are approaching Global Group, So it looked like it was getting out of hand when Billy Nash the Master Distributor heard I may leave, He contacted Harry and Kevin and demanded something be done, So I was called and Offered a Master Distributor Position, Which I denied because I feel this is not fair to the distributors, So I have been promised that paper work would be done But again we have been promised that for 3 months, Troy to make the situation worse we announced Training on April 10th in Atlanta, Only to have my partners cancel, So to keep my word to the Field I will hold this event in Myrtle Beach, and we have TracFone President and CEO coming, Sprint Account Executive Erin Texiara, and others, so this should be good, I just hope its a panther meeting not something else. I don't want to look like I am Abandoning these guys, But I have given them ample time to get this done, Here is the other reason I am seriously considering Leaving, Starting my own company, Or partnering with either GG, or Televarus, With GG I have major concerns, If it is anyone it will be Televarus, We will see, I am just letting you know Troy I am not liking what I am Seeing, My own staff is pressuring me on this issue.
Troy should I give them more time? I just dont want to bring more distributors into this if I am leaving. I really want to make Panther Big, I just dont Know if they want that, Here is their new presentation about the company, Notice there is no mention of Our company, or Myself unlike others. So I have been locked out of the back office, Cant reach either of you by phone. And haven't received any responses to emails.
I was trying to put this together and have all of us included, But from what I am hearing from the leaders on these supposed LEADERSHIP CALLS, I did not like what I was hearing, What was that we said about? We would never Bash each other to another rep we would only talk to each other first? Now I know for a fact that 1 rep saying something is one thing, But when I have 12 Leaders in the Field All verifying the same statements, HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO TAKE THAT? Further I have waited patiently and I know that we said we were getting something done, Just so you know You and Kevin, It cost me 74,000 a month in online sales to take down wizard to push them to Panther, Now I dont know where either of you stand, I know I have been locked out of my back office, I know that I leaders are telling me Both of you said on a call and have PROVIDED ME THE AUDIO as well as a few PRIVATE CONVERSATIONS, And I am EXTREMELY Disappointed, All I can say is. I did everything to help build this Business, And To my employees and now leaders in the Field I was put on the back burner, So thats Fine. If I dont hear Back from you I will take it as it is and move forward and Move my people elsewhere. I thought this was going to work out well for all of us, But maybe I was naive.

I feel like I have been played by these guys, They Intentionally told the master distributor Billy Nash, NOT to attend my training yesterday, I also have 12 Leaders on the Leadership Counsel that were told the same but attended, Further They have locked me out of my back office since the day before yesterday, Harry is telling people on the calls that he was not making any deals or the like, When I had the consent from harry to look at DNA and a Merger, So I feel I have been Hung out now, So just to let you know, I may BLAST them not for their Integrity, But for the Fact that we were lied to and strung along. We have got Nothing out of this whole deal, Let me know how I ahould proceed., I am very angry at how this went down, And I am feeling like I was Used and well that is not good.
