CHRISTMAS EVE Sunday 24 December

Check-In at 3:00pm and then join us for canapés and mulled wine served in our Gloucester Suite from 6:00pm. Enjoy our carol singers at 6:30pm before a three-course meal in Balharries Restaurant served from 7:00pm until 9:00pm.After dinner, take in a film in our movie room or choose from a selection of board games available in the Terrace Bar.

CHRISTMAS DAY Monday 25 December

Start Christmas Day with a relaxing breakfast in Balharries Restaurant served from 7:30am until 10:00am. Enjoy a refreshing swim or work up an appetite in our fully equipped fitness centre. Sit down to your Christmas Day lunch followed by coffee and mince pies from 12:30pm until 2:30pm. After lunch, why not take a self guided stroll with one of our local walk guides or watch the Queen’s Speech, which will be shown in the Terrace Bar. A delicious buffet will be served in Balharries Restaurant from 7:00pm until 9:00pm, with time to relax and unwind with a drink in the Terrace Bar with light entertainment from our pianist.

BOXING DAY Tuesday 26 December

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast from 8:00am until 11:00am. Throughout the day explore the Cotswolds and Malvern Hills or take a trip into Cheltenham and grab a bargain in the sales. Afternoon Tea will be served at 3:00pm, followed by an Around the World inspired buffet in Balharries Restaurant from 6:30pm until 9:00pm. Relax on your last evening away in our Terrace Bar with our selection of board games, or listen to our singer in the Gloucester Suite from 8:00pm.

Booking Terms and Conditions1. These conditions apply to all guests attending Christmas programme events (Event). 2. All Events are subject to availability. 3. All provisional programme bookings must be confirmed within seven days of booking and a deposit of £50.00 per person for New Year’s Eve and £10.00 per person for all other Events is due upon confirmation. 4. All bookings must also be accompanied by a signed booking form and any bookings not confirmed after seven days will be released without further notification. 5. All balances must be paid in full prior to 1 November 2017, with the exception of any bookings for events held in 2018, which must be paid by 25 November 2017. All bookings made after these dates must be paid in full within seven days of booking or, if the booking is less than seven days from date of the Event, payment in full is required immediately. 6. The rate for the Event and any accommodation shall be the rate detailed in the confirmation of booking supplied by the hotel, which may be sent by fax, post or email. Children are charged as detailed in brochure. 7. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT, but may be subject to any other relevant taxes/levies at the current prevailing rate in force on the date of the Event. Prices advertised are subject to change prior to booking. 8. Except as set out below, we regret that all payments received, including deposits, are non-refundable and non-transferable. 9. We regret that should your party size decrease in numbers, payments (including deposits) cannot be offset against food, drinks or accommodation. 10. If the final amount is not settled in advance (see terms in clause 5 above), the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking. 11. In the unlikely event that the hotel is obliged to cancel the Event, all monies will be refunded or an alternative date or location will be offered (at the hotel’s discretion), without any further liability to the hotel or Hilton. 12. Special requests (e.g. dietary requirements) must be made known to the hotel at least 14 days before the Event. 13. No additional food or drinks of any kind are permitted into the hotel by party organisers or guests. 14. All data and information relating to guests is subject to the Privacy Policy set out in full on the Hilton website. 15. Hilton and/or the hotel will endeavour to ensure that all the information and prices are accurate both on Hilton’s websites and in its brochures.
