submitted to Board for approvalo If approved, the group’s charter is revised.o All group members must sign an NDAo The process for Closed Sessions in the policy

must be followed

and only representatives of UNDA signatories can attend

o A justification or explanation of need is submitted to WECC General Counsel for approval

o No need to revise charter or sign NDA

o WECC Bylaws Section 8.6.6o All recommendations and decisions must be

noticed and posted for 30 day review and comment period No impromptu recommendations or decisions

o Once properly noticed, if proposal changes (including at meeting) Additional 10 day notice, review and comment

period Followed by 10 day vote/re-vote period Can run concurrent
