Leveraging an existing AIS training website and vendor, to provide CHQ employees access to a wide array of online, classroom and podcast courses.
Updates made to increase user functionality for CHQ employees New features added:
Ability to reset password through email Notification reminders of courses approaching and past the due date Process to track external training or certifications Manager emails for approval of training and reminders for employee’s
approaching and past due courses Employees continue to have
Access through the CHQ Intranet to CHQ compliance related training and courses offered by SkillSoft (e.g. Microsoft Office)
A learning management system that can record new and completed courses

User ID
User ID – Employee ID (Case Sensitive)
Initial Password – Gdaisu#1
If you forget user ID or password, click the “Forgot ID” or “Forgot Password link”.
You will receive email to your CHQ email

Item Type:
- Item is entirely online content
- Item is entirely instructor-led
- Item contains instructor-led segments and online content
- Item is a physical object (i.e. book, video, etc.)

From Learning Plan, you can
• Register for Instructor Led Courses if they are scheduled
• Open Computer-Based Courses
• Request an Instructor-Led Course to be Scheduled

If a course is not currently scheduled, select “Request Schedule” to notify GDAISU of your interest, and also add to your “Wish List”, or Add to Learning Plan
