Spring is here at last! The season of blooming and growing has come… it’s a season for starting something new. But in order to get into a new season, the old season’s got to go. What are you holding on to that you got to let go? Is it fear or insecurity? Is it unworthiness or defeat? Is it your past or your lack of talent?

I believe that in this season, God wants to show us that taking our eyes off our problems, and focusing on Him is the key to moving on. God wants to show us the way to the bright future He has for us. Don’t focus on your past or its prob-lems. Jesus never consults your past to determine your future. So why should we?

Your future is as bright as the sun in springtime and as cheery as the birds chirping in the gardens. Your future is filled with life. The future, as uncertain as it, is a very hopeful one.

It says in Matthew 6:25-26, “Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?”

I think I’m going to take Jesus’ advice. You should too!
