Release Notes Summary

This release includes the following:

Updated Scholarship Data – The scholarship data available in the Financial Aid Planning, Find Scholarships page has been updated with the most current information provided by Wintergreen Orchard House.

AP Courses List Updated in College Planning Portfolio – The AP Courses list, located on the Test Scores page in the College Planning Portfolio, has been updated with the most current AP courses available.

Updated Plan of Study Grid – The Plan of Study viewed in Your Portfolio, High School Planning portfolio activity has been updated for user-friendliness.

Updated Career Clusters and Pathways – The crosswalks between careers and CIP programs and the Career Clusters and Pathways which reflect the one-to-many relationship between careers, programs and the Career Clusters and Pathways have been updated.

1. Updated Scholarship Data

The scholarship data available in the Financial Aid Planning, Find Scholarships page has been updated

with the most current information provided by Wintergreen Orchard House. This update refreshes the

minimum and maximum award amounts, deadline dates, award criteria and sponsorship and contact

information.

2. AP Courses List Updated in College

Planning Portfolio

The AP courses list, located on the Test Scores page in the College Planning Portfolio, has been updated

with the most current AP courses available. Previously entered AP courses that have been removed

from AP courses list will still display in the student’s portfolio.

Deleted AP courses can still be viewed in the AP Exams activity.

3. Updated Plan of Study Grid

The Plan of Study viewed in the Your Portfolio, High School Planning portfolio activity has been updated

for user-friendliness. The “Click to add course” link has been removed from this view, and a new Edit

link has been added to provide a shortcut for making changes to the primary plan.

Students can still add courses to their Plan of Study that is accessed in High School Planning by selecting

the “Click to add course” link.

4. Updated Career Clusters and Pathways

The crosswalks between careers and CIP programs and the Career Clusters and Pathways which reflect

the one-to-many relationship between careers, programs and the Career Clusters and Pathways have

been updated.

The career profiles’ What They Do page has been updated with the new Career Cluster and Career

Pathway crosswalks. The profile can be accessed by clicking a career and then viewing Just the Facts

information.

The career profiles’ What To Learn, Beyond High School information has been refreshed with the latest

mapping of CIP programs to careers. The career-related programs can be accessed by clicking a career,

selecting What to Learn and then viewing the Beyond High School information.
